--------------------------------

A picture of a red house with a blue roof flashed up on screen surrounded by snowy turrain.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, PETER!

Presented by Eastwood Games

24/12/82

--------------------------------

Peter showed up on the screen. He wore a dark green sweater with a lighter green stripe with pumpkins and snowflakes on it, lime trousers and his usual orange boots. He also wore a pair of white earmuffs.

"Oh, hey pal, name's Peter The Pumpkin!" Peter introduced himself.

"Can't believe it's already the holidays!"

"I can't wait to spend it with my friends!" Peter said, and then a knock was heard at the door. Peter disappeared, presumably to answer the door, but it knocked again.

And again.

And again.

And again.

And again.

And A̴̩͕̔͋̊̆͑G̵̟̲͕͋̈̇̌͝A̸̛̪̹̣̲̖͙̓̀Į̸͎̙̬̩̍̑N̴͈͖̈͌̿-

Felix, Melody, Margaret and Claus all were in festive clothes like Peter. They all barged through the door at once.

"Hey Peter! Happy holidays!" Melody greeted.

"I brought apple cookie mix!" Margaret said, holding a box of cookie mix.

"I brought some presents." Claus added.

Felix stayed silent. "I-i'm just here, man." He admitted.

"Well, maybe you can help me with the stockings?" Peter suggested.

"Why would I wanna hang a sock?" Felix objected, confused.

A moment of silence was made, but Claus quickly broke it.

"I've even got a present for you, Peter!" Claus said, turning to the pumpkin.

"Oh, cool! What is it?" Peter asked.

"That would break the suprise, would it not?" Claus responded.

"Wait a sec, haven't Ý̷̭̿̆O̷̢̡̠̻̣͋̽͐̄Ǫ̶̮̖̙̞̬̅͠Ǫ̵͔̠̠͆͘͜ͅỦ̵̩̠̉̊U̷͕͈͔̹̯͒͛͑̓͋́Ȕ̷̱̺̉-̶̦̄?̵̲̩͉̣̭͍̇͂̂͗̐"̵̥̞̩͈̻̥̈ Peter noted, glitching out at the end.

LET ME OUT.

LET ME OUT.

I'VE TRAPPED US ALL IN HERE.

THIS ISN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR.

LET ME OUT.

LET ME OUT.

"Peter, you can help me make the cookies!" Margaret interupted, making everything return to normal.

"O-okay whatever you guys say! Let's have a nice holiday!" Peter agreed.

--------------------------------

Peter walked up to Felix first, who was holding a stocking, confused.

"So all we gotta do is hang up some socks?" Felix asked.

"Yep, I'll help ya out!" Peter responded.

--------------------------------

Peter hung up Margaret's stocking on one of the nails over the fireplace and then Felix's.

Felix hung up Claus's, and then Melody's.

But when Peter hung up his, everything, including Felix, glitched out.

I LIKE PAPA.

BUT SOMETIMES HE'S DIFFERENT.

I SEE HIM THROUGH THE KEYHOLE.

I THINK HE SEES ME TOO.

Ḧ̴͕́́̕̕I̷̧̞͂͐̑̀̍S̵̳̒ ̶̰̭͖̘̩̾͗̃S̶̢͖͚̙͍̏̐͂͝Ĉ̶͔͍̟͋̈́̈́̕Ȃ̶̫͂͜R̴̜͉̀Y̵̭͛̃̄͒ ̸̢̫̖́͋̈́͊̽Ḟ̷̲͐͂̈́͜͠Ă̵̲̇̑͒̈́Ç̴̼̓̃̐͝E̶̟͊͆̓̈̃.̸̣̮́̓̋

--------------------------------

Peter walked up to Margaret, who was standing infront of the kitchen door.

"Hey Peter, I just put the cookies in the oven! Can you take 'em out once the timer's up?" She asked.

--------------------------------

Peter sat infront of the oven, waiting patiently.

After a few minutes, the timer went off.

"Okay you can take them-" Margaret said, before she spotted Peter holding the tray.

"Done." Peter replied. He looked stressed. Like he didn't want something to happen.

--------------------------------

Margaret put down the tray of cookies on the table.

"The stockings are up, and the cookies are baked!" Peter announced.

Y'know what that means!" Melody said as she handed Claus, Felix and Peter a wrapped box.

"It is time for everyone's presents!" Claus chimed in.

"Hey, man! Let's go!" Felix said.

"Hey, wait for me!" Margaret said as Melody handed her a box.

"Okay here we go!" Melody said, and then she, Felix, Margaret and Claus all opened their presents at the same time.

"Wow, I got a planetary projector!" Melody said holding up a small metal sphere with stars carved onto it and a winder at the back.

"I've got a book!" Margaret said, holding up a book about dogs.

"I've got a clock! Now I'll finally be able to tell the time!" Claus ironically said as he held his desk clock.

"I've got a boot." Felix finished, holding a grey boot and putting it on his hand, earning a giggle from Margaret.

Only Peter was left staring at his box.

"What did you get Peter?" Melody asked.

"Yes, show us what you got!" Claus encouraged.

"Go ahead, open your present!" Margaret chimed in.

--------------------------------

Peter took a deep breath, looking down on his present. He carefully lifted the lid and....

It was a head. A blooded human head.

It let out a disturbing moan, earning a horrified look from Peter.

"Wait a sec, you guys, w-what is this?" Peter said looking up for his friends.

Much to his shock however, they we're gone. And the house. He was just in a black void. Peter quickly dropped the present and looked around for them.

"You guys!? Where'd you go!? HELLO!?" Peter called out.

"Hello again, mister!" Andy said, standing behind him smiling.

Peter turned to the apple in shock.

"A-Andy!? Why are you back!?" Peter said, actually afraid this time.

Andy took a few steps towards Peter.

"Y'know, you've really gotta stop asking so many questions..." Andy replied, completely ignoring the question and in a more serious tone.

"Hey! Let's play a game!" Andy said, switching back to his more cheery tone.

"A-Andy, stop it! Your scaring M̶̹͍͆͜e̶͎̣̭͆E̵̦̚͝e̶̼͒̍E̸̼͌̀!̸̤̝̱̿̚͝"̵̪̿ Peter yelled as he teared up and then glitched.

"It's called "ydob eht edih"." Andy replied, glitching out.

"Wait, no! Stop!" Peter tried to object.

"Oh, mister, you've done this before. In the same place, he went missing." Andy said, still smiling.

"No, you're wrong! I-It was you!" Peter replied fearfully, pointing at him.

Andy looked at his finger and then smirked.

"Don't try and blame me now...." Andy said.

Everything went black, but it returned to normal with Andy's eyes having black selera and glowing green pupils while he held a tearful Peter by his collar, dragging him down to his height.

"You are fully aware of who is at fault here." Andy finished, making everything go black.

--------------------------------

Peter woke up in a black void, and then walked past eerie still versions of him and his friends, before reaching Andy back in the Haystack Maze.

Andy twitched a few times, and then he morphed into a tall monster. His clothes faded, leaving only a black gloopy body with sideways apple on it. A single eye opened, causing Peter to scream and run away, while Andy simply chased after him.

Peter passed by a giant bonus sticker, a line of christmas trees and a glitched version of him holding his ukulele.

He then passed by a boat, a creepy version of Margaret, with her face distorted and melted and her body bright red as he turned a corner.

Then hepassed windows, fish, a giant be clown girl, striped walls and a scrambled version of Felix and glitched versions of Melody and Claus.

He then went into a tunnel of eyes who were all looking at Peter. Peter then spotted his house a few feet away from him.

Safety.

And when Peter touched the doorknob, everything went black.

--------------------------------

Peter opened his eyes. He was back in his house with Felix, Melody Margaret and Claus all looking at him. He was sitting on the sofa, with their presents on the other end.

"Hey Peter, enjoyed your nap?" Melody said calmly.

"Oh, I fell asleep?" Peter said calmly. That would probably explain what just happened.

"Yes, you did. I told you to get some more sleep for today!" Claus lectured.

"Well, he couldn't just leave the outside of his house undecorated, can he?" Felix retorted.

Margaret handed Peter his present as the clock and fish argued.

"Here, you didn't open it." Margaret softly spoke.

Peter lifted off the lid of the present, and inside was a sketchbook, a pack of pencils and colored ones respectively.

"Drawing stuff?" Peter said in surprise.

"Yeah, we've noticed how you've been drawing on random peices of paper recently using one of my pencils, so we figured to get you your own!" Melody explained.

"Thanks you guys..." Peter smiled as he said that.

"Hey, guys!" Felix shouted.

"Me and Claus are gonna have a snowball fight! You in?"

"Yeah!" Melody shouted running out the door.

"Count me in!" Margaret said as she ran out the door too.

"Hey guys, wait up!" Peter shouted as he ran out the door, as the screen paned to his art stuff lying against his friends' presents as they all played outside.

I'm blown away on how much attention it's been getting! And even though chapter 2 as of right now, seems to take a menelial to release, (no offense to M36games, she's cool ;3) I've still got ideas kicking around in me, and could possibly make a crossover AU for SMG4!  So thanks for everything and thanks for playing!
