Another (very) short tutorial!

Tutorial :
1. Prepare a new canvas

2. Add the picture

3. On a new layer, color it your with your color scheme. I prefer red cause I think it's scary :v

4. Then, change the blending mode so we can see the picture underneath. I chose multiply

5. Add a new layer, go to filter > frame > blur frame so it focuses more on the center

6. Then go back to the layer of the picture, and go to filter > artistic > glitch

7. Add other details and done!

- fonts = remnant regular

- horror is not my strong point so it's just... eh.
