1. Add your background

. On a new layer, color it with your color scheme and lower the opacity and/or change the blending mode that suits the background

3. Add your PNG

4. Add a new layer below the PNG and go to filter > style > outer glow

5. Add a new layer, then make another glow but with white instead

6. Set the blending mode/opacity to make the glow shinier and seem more natural(?)

7. Now, retouch the PNG (explained thoroughly in part 43-44) to make her look sort of magical

8. Add a new layer, go to filter > frame > blur frame then lower the opacity if needed.

9. Add other details and done!
