Material(s) : pictures for your GIF.

For mine, I just duplicate the object I want to make it dissolve and go to filter > blur > frosted glass (normal) and make the setting higher on each layer until it disappears.

Tutorial :
1. Open the app and pick image to GIF

2. Select the image you want to use

3. Once done, set it however you want. I just made the speed slower and change the direction into loop so the text will disappear > appear > disappear.

4. Make sure you save as GIF, and set the quality to your preference.

5. Done!
