Material(s) :

*how to get similiar pictures :
• go to your desired pic

• scroll down, and this will pop up.

Tutorial :
1. Prepare your blank canvas

2. Add your background pictures.

3. Add the PNGs

4. Adjust the colors of the image with filter > hue/saturation/lightness, or any other filters.

5. Now, if you notice the result above, the only things moving are the PNGs and the small bits of illustration. So, add a new layer and decorate it for a bit.

*those circles things don't move -- they're on a different layer

6. Add finishing touches and you're done!

7. Save it in this pattern :

First model (with illustration) --> first model (without illustration) --> second model (with illustration) --> second model (without illustration) --> x model (with illustration) --> x model (without illustration)

8. Now, turn it into a GIF!
