Chiron POV

Ever since the campers found out the harpies quit, I've always had to patrol the cabins after lights out to make sure everyone was in their cabin.

One day I found the entire Athena cabin sitting outside with flashlights and blankets. I was quite confused, and the athena cabin was usually the one cabin that followed the rules.

"Annabeth? What's going on, why are you all outside?" I asked. Her face turned sheepish and slightly embarrassed.

"O-oh nothing, we just thought it would be um... fun to sleep outside?"

I raised my eyebrows, I have known Annabeth for a long time, I knew when something was wrong. I gave her a look.

"That's it I swear!" She exclaimed, throwing her hands up. I was not convinced.

"There's a spider right?"

"Yeah"
