  " Playground, 9 PM. I will take you there."

Chaewol screamed in happiness and lay on the bed, couldn't believe that the moment she has been waiting for finally happened. Watching the fireworks with him, she wished for this to happen for 2 years- the thing that she thought was impossible to happen, it's happening right now. she stared at the ceiling, smiling like an idiot when the moment he asked her outcrossed her mind.

"Miracle is coming. It's coming to me. I can't believe this." She muttered and chuckled,

"Something great is going to happen."

"Thanks, god."

   After she has done preparing herself for the fireworks show with Sunoo, Chaewol went to the playground with a light blue blouse on her body. She walked around the place, fixing her hair while waiting for Sunoo to arrive. Chaewol looks so beautiful tonight, she looks more girly and soft than she used to be. Her smooth skin, a small red ribbon on her hair, and everything on her made her look so stunning causing people who spent their time at the playground to be surprised to see her.

Chaewol smiles, took a sit on the swing, and took out her phone to call for Sunoo but suddenly got interrupted by a puppy. The puppy approached her, barking and jumping on her lap making Chaewol laugh. She patted the puppy softly, let them lick her hand as they were too cute.

"Who are you? I have never seen you here." She chuckled when the puppy leaned their body closer to her. "Where is your mother?"

The puppy slept on her lap making her laugh more, "You're my friend now."

"Should I name you?"

Chaewol cupped the puppy's chin,
"Lilo?"

The puppy didn't give a response,
"Nimo?"

"How about Caecae?"

The puppy licked her and bark.
"Your name is CaeCae."

Chaewol laughed more and stood up from the swing, playing with CaeCae by running around the place without minding about others.

It was 10 pm, Sunoo still wasn't here. Chaewol was resting on the swing with CaeCae on her lap. CaeCae was already sleeping because she was so exhausted after playing with Chaewol earlier. Chaewol looked at the street to see if Sunoo was here but still, he didn't show up himself.

The fireworks show will be less than 30 minutes and the direction to go to the city would take 20 minutes to have arrived.

Again, Sunoo didn't respond to her texts.
She took out her phone, calling for him several times.

"Sunoo, are you okay?"

"I don't know... I'm lost... this scared me."

"Why? What's wrong? What happens? Don't make me worried."

"Chaewol, I'm so sorry to say this but can we watch the fireworks next time? I'm sorry for giving you hard time. I should've told you earlier but I was too busy."

Chaewol went silent, but later then she chuckled. "Don't be sorry, Sunoo. You didn't give me hard time at all. I feel so happy tonight, thanks to you."

She wiped her tears and smiled,
"Are you okay, Sunoo? Is everything good?"

"Saebyeol got sick... the doctor said the cancer cell was kept spreading."Sunoo paused and sniffed his nose.

"What should I do? I don't want this to end. Saebyeol's sickness is my weakness. Losing her will be the end of me. I can't bear seeing her that way."

"I'm sorry for telling you this. I don't have anyone to talk to anymore. I'm sorry if I'm hurting you, Chaewol. I'm so sorry. I am so at my lowest right now."

"Sunoo, don't be sorry. I'm okay. You're not hurting me and you will never be."

"You're the one I love, Sunoo. If you're at your lowest, I should be with you and comfort you. Don't be sorry or guilty to tell what your heart feels. I can be your listener, Sunoo."

"My sunshine, don't cry. I will cry if you cry."

"I'm losing my hope..."

"Don't say that. Miracle will happen. You should fight for her. Give her comfort. Take care of her. Everything will be okay, Sunoo."

"Sunoo, have you eaten?"

"I will eat later."

"Don't skip your dinner, okay? Make sure that your stomach is full. You need to eat to gain more energy."

"If seeing Saebyeol in sickness is your lowest, then seeing you in sickness is my lowest too. It will be the end of me too."

"So, have your dinner, okay?"

"Chaewol, go home, okay? it's getting late."

"Yes. I will go home."

"Let's watch the fireworks next time."

"Yeah, let's watch the fireworks next time."

"You will always be here, right?"

Chaewol went silent.

"Yes, Sunoo. I will always be here. Don't worry."

"I need to go first."

"Take good care of Saebyeol, Sunoo."

"Alright. Goodnight, Chaewol."

"Goodnight too. Goodbye, Sunoo."

Chaewol ended the call and looked at the screen of her phone for a long time without realizing tears rolled on her cheeks. CaeCae woke up from her sleeping and looked at Chaewol in worry, keeping leaning her head closer to Chaewol.

Chaewol patted CaeCae gently and hugged her,
"CaeCae, let's meet Sunoo next time."

"Sunoo is taking care of his love. He must love her so much, right?"

"His love got sick anyway."

"He doesn't want to leave his love. She is his world. She can make him happier, right?"

Chaewol shut her eyes and hugged CaeCae tighter, "CaeCae..."

"If you were me, will you give up?"

The next day, Chaewol went to the hospital to take her medicines and at the same time, she took a chance to meet Saebyeol who got hospitalized. She walked through the hallway, keep searching for the room, and smiled when she finally found it.

Chaewol knocked on the door and went into the room happily, giving a warm hug to Saebyeol who was also happy to meet her.

"How do you know about me?"

Chaewol gave a sweet to Saebyeol,
"Sunoo told me last night."

Saebyeol nodded, "You and Sunoo seem so close."

Chaewol immediately shook her head,
"You got a wrong idea."

"I'm just kidding, Chaewol."

they laughed.

"How's your condition now?"Chaewol changed the topic. "I don't know but don't worry. Everything will be okay. I will get some treatment soon."

Chaewol nodded.

"How to repay his kindness, Chaewol?" Saebyeol spoke up.

"I was feeling so guilty."

"I was pushing him away from him. I was breaking up with him and leaving him in sadness."

"And now, he is here again. Come to me and pay for the treatment like nothing happened."

"He got hurt when I left him but he still did this to me, just to see me living happily again."

"How to repay his kindness?"

Chaewol held Saebyeol's hand tightly,
"Be with him, Saebyeol. As a way to repay his kindness, you should be with him and take good care of him like what he did to you."

"Sunoo loves you so much, Saebyeol. You are his happiness. You are the one who can make him smile. You are his world. Do you know how much he loves you?"

Saebyeol looked down.

"He didn't hesitate to pay for your treatment, Saebyeol. He wants to see you live. He wants to see you with him. He doesn't want to lose you so much, Saebyeol. He cares about you more than himself."

"What a pure love ever. Love is so beautiful, isn't it?"

Saebyeol nodded, "I don't believe in love, Chaewol but after seeing the way he treats me, he changes my thought. he makes me believe in love."

"You're so lucky."Chaewol chuckled and lowered her head while playing with her fingers.

"How's your treatment, Chaewol. When will you have the surgery?"

Chaewol looked at Saebyeol and held her hand,
"I will have the surgery as soon as possible."

"Alright. As long as you already paid for the surgery, I'm okay."

Chaewol nodded.

"What surgery?"

Chaewol and Saebyeol looked at the door and were surprised to see Sunoo was standing there while holding a bouquet on his arm.

"What surgery, Chaewol?"
