Mizuna's POV:

I finally finished getting ready, when I heard a knock on my apartment's door, followed by an unlocking sound. "Uh...?" I raised an eyebrow as I heard shouting out in the hall. I walked over to the door, and opened it to see Steven and Flannery arguing. "WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO HUNT FOR ROCKS AT 8 IN THE MORNING?!" Flannery shouted, followed by a reply from Steven. "I don't know!" He replied. "Uh... Guys?" I asked, waving. "Oh, good morning Mizuna." Steven said politely. "You guys do realize that I'm not the only one who lives in Mauville Hills, right?" I laughed. "So we probably angered the neighbors...." Flannery said, realizing that they were arguing in the hall. They walked inside, as I closed the door behind them. "Alright, so did you guys need something?" I asked, sitting down on the couch. "Fly, Flygon!" Gale, my beloved Flygon, waddled over to Steven and Flannery. She was probably greeting them. After a second or two, she trotted back over to me, sitting on the floor in front of the couch. "Well, long story short, Steven stopped by Lavaridge and asked me to accompany him to your house, only to tell me that he wanted to go hunting for rocks with us." Flannery rolled her eyes. "What?" He replied, crossing his arms. "Rocks are beautiful objects, and they are perfect..." He said, ranting again. "Uh, don't you already have enough rocks?" I asked. "No, there isn't such a thing as having too much rocks." Steven said, crossing his arms. "Whatever floats your boat I guess." I laughed. "It'll sink cause of the rocks." Flannery added, yawning. "Well? What do you say?" Steven asked, smiling. "S-sure!" I said, getting up, as Gale did the same. "Flannery, you coming?" I asked. "Can I talk to you for a second, Mizu?" Flannery asked, as she grabbed my hand and pulled me into my room without me answering. She closed the door behind us. "This is your chaaaance!!!" She practically squealed. "Oh jeez, here we go again." I said, sighing. "Dude. You and Steven. Together. Just you two searching for rocks." She said, grinning. "Really? You're trying to get us together... By having us search for rocks together? I mean, That's just awkward." I said, laughing nervously. "You two need alone time together." She said. "You're stating the obvious." I said. "I know you like him." She said. "I... D-DO NOT!" I said, as my cheeks turned red. "Uh-huh. Okay. Suuuure you don't." She said, as she smirked, and rolled her eyes. "..." I pouted. "Just you two. Rocks." She said, making a 'mind blown' gesture. "Fine, I'll go." I said. "Yes!!!" She cheered. "You guys done?" Steven knocked. "Yep!" Flannery said, opening the door, practically pushing me out of my room. "Flannery doesn't wanna go." I said, rubbing the back of my head. "Alright then, that's fine." He said. "Let's go then." He said as we walked to the door. "Right." I replied, looking back at Flannery, who was giving me a thumbs up. I sighed as we walked out of my apartment.
