The room went silent. Nobody spoke or moved. Physa kinda broke the tension by snoring really loud. Migi snickered. Flame giggled. Mishima flat out laughed. Even I had to cover my mouth to keep from laughing. Shadowflyer was not impressed. "Guys." He said. "This is serious business. Wake her up if she's gonna cause a problem." "Sheesh." I muttered. I felt like turning into an umbreon and leaving. (Yes, we can do that.) Kieko squirted water on her face. Physa squealed and lurched forward. "Not cool!" She shouted. "Not cool!" We shrugged, and turned back to Shadowflyer, who was sitting on the table with his arms crossed. "Anyway." He continued. "Let's get to the point. Hachi is outside right now, fighting off the armies. We were followed here, so Hachi stayed out to fight them off." "Who's Hachi?" Flame asked. "A growlithe anthro." He said. "What are these armies you're talking about?" Mishima asked. Shadowflyer sighed. "Let me explain some of these things first,  guys. Gotha is a gothorita anthro. Kirlia is a... Kirlia anthro. And Montelga is a monferno anthro. They hate anthros." "So... They hate themselves, then?" Physa said, becoming captain obvious. "Um... Yes. Yes they do. And they hate anthros because they don't fit in. There's a few who are accepted as normal people, but that's rare. And they think that anthros are dumb and should never exist, so their plan is to destroy all anthros that exist." The room was quiet again. "What about the armies?" Avilon asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "You all know that we can turn into Pokemon forms, right?" Shadowflyer asked. We all nodded. "Well." He continued. "They travel around, setting up a makeshift base in every city. When they find an anthro, they tie him or her up, and force them to change form. Then they put them in a pokeball, which is basically brainwashing them. When you capture a Pokemon, even if it hated you before, it would be inclined to help you, because you own the pokeball it's in." Everybody was stunned. Nobody knew that was even possible. But none of it mattered, because just then, the window exploded. All of us ran for cover, and when the dust settled, there was a line of Pokemon standing outside, glaring at us. And on the kitchen floor, a curled up growlithe anthro lay. And he wasn't moving.
