Zitz's POV:

I ran down stairs, my heart was leaping out of my chest. I just got a text message from Ace that he's coming home!!! I was so excited!!! I never saw him a lot ever since he was shot. But now he's coming home! AWESOME!!!!!!

*trips up and falls down the stairs*

Ow!!!

LEGS!!!!

Dusk: you ok, buddy?

Zitz: heck yeah!!!

Dusk: Why are you running down the stairs anyways???

Zitz: I JUST GOT A TEXT MESSAGE FROM ACE!!!! HE SAID HE'S COMING HOME!!!!

Dusk: really?

Zitz: yeah man!!!!

Dusk: are you sure it will be ok? Like you know me and Ace, we have a rocky relationship! Like I attacked him on the first day we met and when I got pissed at him for the whole "Desmond Wolf" situation.

Zitz: oh it's ok! I think he's over that now!

Dusk: are you sure?

Zitz: yeah!!! Besides, I've heard he is a VERY forgiving greninja! Just.....

I gave Dusk a very sly look.

Zitz: 🎶don't worry.....about a thing🎶

Dusk: oh No No NO!!!! ZITZ!!!!!

Zitz: 🎶every little thing.....is gonna be all right🎶

Dusk: ZITZ STOP!!!! 🎶in the name of love🎶

Zitz: *laughs* YES B'Y!!!!

Dusk: *Laughs*

We both laughed it out, until....

Raven: what are you to doing?

Zitz and Dusk: WAHHHHHHHH!!!!😱🙀

Dusk jump in my arms as Raven stood there, confused.

Zitz: say WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!?!? RAVEN!!!!!!!

Dusk: WHAT IN THE NAME OF TAPU LELE, RAVEN?!?!? YOU SCARED US HALF TO DEATH!!!!

Raven: sorry! (D-heads 😤)

Skye: Yo!!! Someone's coming and I don't know who!

I dropped Dusk and got my "Welcome Home Ace" sign ready and waited at the door.

Skye: Hey Zitz! what up?

Zitz: I JUST GOT A TEXT MESSAGE FROM ACE!!!! HE'S COMING HOME!!!!

Skye: COOL!!!

Everyone stood with me as the door opens....

Everyone: SURPRISE.......ugh!

At the door wasn't Ace.....it was Poppy! You know Poppy, that Midday Lycanroc with a messed up face. Yeah......HER!!!

Poppy: Dang! Now I feel the love!

Zitz: oh...uh...Hey Poppy! How's your day? *giggles* (DARN IT!!!!)

Poppy: so what are you guys doing? I could see you're waiting for Ace. Is he gone on a trip? Is he ok?

???: *chuckles* i'm OK Poppy!

We all turn to see Ace stand at the doorway, his blue eyes were warm as fire. He still had the bandage on and was leaning on Ash a bit, but I get it because I heard that it takes a few months for a Pokémon to fully recover from a gunshot.

I just dropped my sign and hugged him, it was kind of more of a tackle since I accidentally pushed into the ground. But I couldn't help it because I miss him so much and I couldn't hold back the tears rolling down my cheeks.

Zitz: OMG I MISSED YOU SO MUCH MAN!!!!!

Ace: I missed you too, Z! * flinches slightly*

When I heard Ace flinch, I let him go as he sighed and smiled.

Zitz: Sorry! I didn't know you would still feel some discomfort!

Ace: it's fine Zitz! It's just hurts a little bit!

Zitz: I hope you're right!

Raven then jumped on top of us.

Raven: hey you two!

Zitz: hi

Ace: hey Bird Lady!

Raven: Ash Greninja!

Ace: *giggles*

When The two of them kiss, I slowly went back inside so I could enjoy a laugh. They were so cute together and I wonder if Ash was now OK with them kissing.

Ace's POV

Ace: there's that face again! 😏

Ash: oh shut up! 😓

I got up and waved my hand in his face.
No response.
Dang! What's wrong with me kissing Raven?

I then Heard angry roars in Kalista's game room. I walked (or limped) towards the room to see FireHeart and Charlie playing Super smash bros ultimate on Zitz's Nintendo switch which FireHeart is sucking at.

FireHeart: OH COME ON!!!!😡😡😡😡

Charlie: what's wrong? Is Firestar a sore loser?

FireHeart: IT'S FIREHEART!!!!!

Charlie: i'm sorry! you were saying?

Ace: (oh for squishy's sake) STOP!!! Both of you!!! FireHeart, it's just a game! Charlie, stop being a jackass!

FireHeart and Charlie: YO ACE!!!!

Both dragons drop their controllers and squeeze me tight. I tried to hug them back but they were too darn big. Suddenly, I begin to feel some discomfort again!

Ace: OK! that's enough! Ow!

FireHeart: you ok buddy?

Charlie: yeah! Please don't tell me I was burning you again!

Ace: no! It just still hurts a little but I'm feeling better!

Charlie: thank Zygarde!

FireHeart: yeah! Getting hurt sucks but getting shot is really scary! ESPECIALLY if it's your friend that was shot!

Ace: yeah yeah, I get it! Sorry for scaring a Firestar...*clears throat* I mean FireHeart! *giggles awkwardly* (AAAGGGGGHHHHHH DARN IT!!!!)

FireHeart: oh it's fine! It's just that....

FireHeart pauses as he lets out a very long sigh.

FireHeart: ...*sigh* I like you, kid! As a friend! Not like "Zitz and Dusk" like you!

Ace: what do you mean "Zitz and Dusk" like me?

I didn't heard Zitz and Dusk talking.... then flirty giggling then.....I can't say it without vomiting! But I decided to peek inside and lookee there: Zitz and Dusk kissing! That's right! KISSING!!! Charlie and FireHeart also looked, their eyes were wide of peaches.

We all walked outside, Ash was out of his dumbfound state when we walked out.

Ash: you guys OK? why are you all here?

I tried to hold back some vomit in my mouth.

Ace: *tries to hold back vomit* there's a gay couple in the House!

Charlie: yeah!!!

FireHeart: Shock'n!!!

Charlie: what does that mean?

FireHeart: oh It's a Newfie slang from none of ya!

Charlie: what is "none of ya"?

FireHeart: none of ya business!

As the two Charizards argue, I stood beside Ash, dumbfounded.

Ace: dang! There worse than me and Dusk!

Ash: I hear ya buddy!

Late that night.....

I was walking in the forest as The sun begins to set. I then saw a rocky looking wolf chasing after me his red eyes blaze through me like a thunderbolt. I ran as fast as I can, but when I lost the wolf, I Saw my teammates, Shade (Noivern) and Gabriel (I just learned Goodra's nickname) were play tackling each other and Spark (that's Pikachu's nickname) Flame (Talonflame) and Hawkeye (Hawlucha) we're just hanging out.

Ace: hey Guys! Sorry I'm late! how's—

As I spoke, Shade and Gabriel stopped there play tackling Contest as they snarl threatening at me. Spark, Hawkeye and Flame did the same.

Ace: guys! what's wrong?

My team said nothing and continued walking towards me like they're about to kill me. Suddenly, I heard A angry yet familiar Voice behind me.

???: What are YOU doing here?!?!

I turned around to see Ash behind me, the usual happiness in his bright hazel eyes we're now gone and now they were burning with nothing but pure anger, fury and worst of all: hatred. What was wrong with everyone? Did I do something wrong?

Ace: Ash! You ok? what's wrong with everyone?!?!

Ash: how are you even here, Greninja?! How are you even alive?!?!

Ace:Wait! What!?!? Ash, what's wrong? what did I do wrong?

Ash then punches me across the face, I fell to the ground with a thud, I touched my face as I realized that blood was streaming down my nose.

Ace: Ash!!! Please!!!!! You got to tell me—

Ash: GO TO HELL, GRENINJA!!! YOU ARE NOTHING TO US!!!!! NOTHING!!!!!!

As he begins to walk away, I got up and started following him, tears rolling down my cheeks.

Ace: A-ASH!!! W-W-WAIT!!!! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!!!!

Ash then turns around and yells, is hazel eyes blaze in anger!

Ash: Everyone........DESTROY HIM!!!!

As he said it, Spark, Shade, Flame, Hawkeye and Gabriel got their attacks ready. I stood my ground as tears flow down my cheeks.

Ace: No! Please!

But it was too late, my closest teammates release their attacks at me.......then everything went white.

Ace: NO ASH!!!!!

My eyes fly open as I find myself sitting up on my bed, drenched in cold sweat. My gunshot wound Stung so much that I almost collapsed in bed again. I then heard the door open. It was Ash, he must've heard me scream.

Ace: *flinches due to gunshot wound*

Ash: Greninja! You ok?!

As he asked that question, tears started flowing down my cheeks as I try to tell him about my dream. Ash sat on my bed and nodded his head for me to go on.

Ace: it was about you and everyone going against me for no reason! I tried to ask you but you kept cutting me off and told me that was nothing to you! Then you told everyone to attack me and—

I couldn't say anymore as I started to Break down crying like a Froakie. I had nightmares before but this nightmare was the worst nightmare I ever had in my life.

Ash looked at me was his sorrowful Hazel eyes as he pulls me close so I can place my tearful face in his chest.

Ash: there there, buddy. It's all going to be OK! Me and Pikachu had the same dream!

My ears twitch in shock when I heard him say that but I kept burying my muzzle under his chin as tears flow freely down my cheeks, accidentally messing up Ash's clothes (to be honest, why is he wearing his clothes in bed anyway? Was he that tired?)

Ash: But That's not going to happen! I promise you that!

Suddenly, Shade pops out of his poke-ball, he was walking back-and-forth with his eyes wide open.

Shade: OH MY GOD MAN! That was the worst dream I ever had in my life! I can't even control my own freaking body! Like what the—

Here. He. Goes—swearing like a trooper!

Then Gabriel pops out of his poke-ball and comforts Shade.

Gabriel: it's OK man! I had the same dream as well!

Shade: WELL I HOPE IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU 🤬🤬🤬 KILLING ACE!!!!

My ears perked up when I heard Shade say those words. Did they also have the same dream?

Then Hawkeye pops out And tackles Ash with tears flowing down his face. Flame then pops out and tries to stop him but he was swatted out of the way by Hawkeye's karate chop.

Hawkeye: WHAT THE HELL, ASH?!?! WHY IN THE SAN HELL YOU COMMAND US TO ATTACK ACE?!?! WHY!?!?

I then grabbed him and tried to hug him but he kept lashing out at Ash, calling him nasty stuff.

Hawkeye: I'M GOING TO KILL YOU UGLY PIECE OF CRAP!!!!

Ace: Hawk! HAWK! CALM DOWN! PLEASE! HAWKEYE!!!!

I pulled him close to let him bury his tearful face in my chest as he sobbed on it.

Hawkeye: traitor! traitor! 😭😭😭😭

As he still calls Ash nasty names, I held him tight as tears roll down my cheeks.

Ace: it's OK, Hawk. I'm here.

Ash: come here you guys!

As Me and Hawkeye cuddles him close, tear still rolling down our cheeks. Ash turns to the rest of his Pokémon, Who are shedding a few tears as well.

Ash: all of you.

Everyone then comes running towards the three of us and embraces a group hug. Hawkeye and I were still crying our eyes out and Shade was still cussing quietly.

After hugging for a couple of minutes, everybody was feeling a bit better....well.....All except me. I was still traumatized of losing Ash and my teammates.

Ace: Ash?

Ash: Yeah?

Ace: I know it kind of sounds....you know..... childish but....

I let out a sigh.

Ace: ....can you sleep with me tonight? If it's OK with you.

Ash: if you makes you feel better....then sure!

As Ash and Spark climbs into my bed, I held them both tight in my arms. Ash and Spark Looks at me shocked.

Ash: Greninja—

Ace: can I tell you one thing, Ash?

Ash nods.

Ace: you and my teammates were the only family that I had and I can't just lose them! So please.... promise me not to leave me! Promise me!

Ash smiles as he hugs me tight as well.

Ash: I promise, Greninja......I promise.

Spark snuggles beside me.

Spark: me too!

Then the rest of my teammates pop out of their poke-balls and snuggled beside me, Spark and Ash as well.

Shade, Hawkeye, Flame and Gabriel: and us three!

Hawkeye: but you got a promise us that as well!

Ace: don't worry Hawkeye. I promise!

When everybody was with me that night, I felt even more calmer and almost forgot about the dream. I was happy that they were here. (even though Shade and Hawkeye were snoring and I could hear Zitz and Charlie snoring in the other two rooms)

Before I dozed off in to slumber, I thought to myself: Will Ash and my team, The one and only family that I have, will they attack me like in my dream? Will our bond be over? I don't know what's going to happen but *sigh* whatever's going to happen.....I'm going to live my life to the fullest. Even if they do attack me someday........i'm not going to die stopping them from doing more damage........ instead..........I'm gonna die trying.
