Here's some Yandere Ash for you :).

Sawyer was finished with reassuring the citizens of Kalos. He'd hear minutes ago that the Megalith had been destroyed, so Shauna, Trevor and Tierno spread the word to the citizens while Sawyer sat and thought.

'Soon, I'll be able to check on Ash. I hope he's okay...', Sawyer thought worriedly as the image of the young boy with black hair entered his mind.

Suddenly, numerous explosions and screams was heard. People started to run from the building without even seeing what was going on yet, but Sawyer was thinking of doing the same when he turned around and saw Lysandre standing in the annihilated wall.

"Hehehehehe", Lysandre chuckled evilly as he slowly strutted towards the four teens, who were cowering in fear.

"I thought you were finished! Ash and the others defeated you!", Tierno yelled, stepping forward. Sawyer could only relish in hearing his crush's name while Shauna watched him the same way she watched Serena when she blushed.

"Oh, they did, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop moving towards my goal"

All four of them started to get their Pokeballs out, but as soon as they saw Lysandre had a Pyroar and a Gyarados, they only ran towards the door. All had managed to escape the crazy man, except Sawyer, who had been defied by the rubble that fell in front of the door just as he started to get close to it. Quivering, he withdrew from the door, turning back to face what he thought would be his end.

"Pyroar, Ember!"

The fire-type prepared an orb of fire and threw it at the green-haired boy. Sawyer tightly shut his eyes, hoping some sort of miracle would save him. When he was sure the attack had been over with and he didn't feel any pain, he looked up to see his dream in front of him.

"A-Ash! Thanks for saving me! Wait, where's your hat? You haven't got your Pokemon either? How did you get rid of the attack?"

Ash turned to him with a smile, raising him arm to reveal the burn marks spread across it. Sawyer gasped and cringed at the injury.

"I didn't", he chuckled, surprisingly a lot happier than he was expected to be.

"Well, that's gotta hurt. But you don't look like you're in pain. You are Ash, after all. What can I expect-"

"Ember! Again!"

Lysandre's furious voice drew the attention to another fire attack heading towards the teens. Ash swiftly did a gesture with his arm, somehow creating enough wind to put out the fire before it could touch him.

"Wow...could've done that the first time, you know"

"I would've, but I wouldn't have had enough time to put it out since I needed to make sure I was in front of you first"

Sawyer visibly showed admiration as Ash gave Lysandre victorious stares, making his blood boil. He found it chivalrous that, even if Ash was younger than him, he would risk his health and comfort to protect him. He looked over to the boy to see him pick up a sharp piece of metal. Was he going to use it as a weapon? He wouldn't mind seeing Ash as a swordsman. He saw Ash look over his shoulder and smile again.

"Stay back, okay?"

"Um...o-okay..."

Ash looked towards the orange-haired man with a sickly sweet smile, almost promising death, as much as his intense stare did. He suddenly sprinted towards the man at such a speed that no one could see where he was. Until he skidded to a halt, spun around and swiftly kicked Lysandre in the stomach, sending his tall body flying backwards into the mud. While he was still in the air, he felt a blade of metal cut his belt that had his Pokeballs on it, before he felt himself pound into the hard floor. Ash tossed the Pokeballs to the side, out of Lysandre's reach, unless he managed to get past this crazy kung fu-swordsman kid. Panting, the old man forced himself up, realizing he only had one Pokemon left. He regretted showing his fear when he looked into his opponent's psychotic expression.

"I'm not done yet!", he loudly insisted.

"Oh, you poor, poor, crazy old man. Although I don't like to show it, I practiced swordsmanship, kung fu, and a bunch of other martial arts ever since I was a toddler! If you wanna come out on top at the end", Ash threatened, his stare suddenly getting dangerous and his voice growing more murderous, "You'll have to get past me first before you can hurt Sawyer"

'So that's why his bond with Greninja worked so well...Greninja is the Ninja Pokemon, and some ninjas tend to use swords and they know martial arts...'

Sawyer felt himself warm up at the treatment. Ash was fighting and threatening Lysandre for him! Just for him! He knew it was for him. He mentioned his name!

Ash tossed the blade into the air. It dashed towards a pipe, which broke slightly and started to spurt out water. Soon, it started to flood the area, and Lysandre was right in front of it. Pyroar collapsed from being exposed to the water, as it was a fire-type, so Lysandre was forced to call it back. Now he was really shaking.

"Well, jokes on you...", he cackled nervously, "You just flooded the building. In a few minutes, it's gonna be full of water!"

"That's why, in that few minutes", Ash replied, still creeping Lysandre out with his insanely perky personality, "I'll get rid of you"

Lysandre charged towards Ash. The teen dodged him and leaped, kicking the pipe out of it's place and sending part of it downwards. Ash landed and caught the part, and before the rest of it could crush him, he sprinted towards Lysandre and hit him in the legs with it, using the water to build momentum and skate across the floor. Lysandre's body slid across the water, bumping into the wall. He was about to lose hope until he caught sight of the metal blade wedged into the pipe. Plucking it out, he grinned as he aimed it towards Sawyer. Ash noticed and yelled "No!", before skating towards Sawyer.

'I won't have enough time to knock the blade away. I guess I'll just...'

Sawyer shut his eyes, thinking he was really at his end now. Once he opened them, however, all he saw was Ash standing protectively in front of him with a sharp piece of metal digging into his burned arm.

"Ash, you-"

"I'll be fine", Ash reassured as he turned around, showing only slight signs of pain, "You're not hurt, right?"

"Well, no, but you are!"

"It's okay! You're the priority here"

That made Sawyer feel different. Not only did it trigger his love for Ash, but it also made him feel special. He was the priority. Well, in Ash's eyes, anyway. But that made it even better.

His daydream ended when he realized the water was up to his knees.

"Ash, the water!"

Ash's expression of confidence stayed strong. Lysandre started to show his panic, making the two younger boys smile.

"See? You have nothing now, Lysandre! Consider yourself defeated", Ash shouted as he picked up the broken pipe and launched it at the door, shattering the rubble blocking it. He took Sawyer's hand and rushed out with him.

A few minutes later, police and ambulance cars arrived at the building. Multiple doctors had asked Ash if he'd wanted to go to the hospital, but he'd very politely declined, saying he needed to take care of someone. Sawyer's blush intensified with every time he said it. Shauna, Tierno and Trevor ran over to the green-haired boy.

"Sawyer, we were so worried! How did you get out? What happened?"

Sawyer smiled, his face dyed red. The other three just stared at him in confusion, but slight relief that he was fine.

"Ash came and saved me. He fought Lysandre without any Pokemon. He even took some damage for me"

He looked over at the boy who'd saved him, who was in the embrace of a very worried Bonnie. Ash looked over and waved, causing his blush to intensify. He wasn't sure what the status was at that point. Was he a thing with Ash now? He'd just have to wait and see.

'Yeah...wait and see...', Sawyer thought, smiling and holding his cheeks.
