Alisha slept beside a large green Pokémon, leaning on their side, a small smile on her face as she had a good dream. Three other Pokémon slept nearby inside the cave, being protected from the midnight rain. She opened her eyes, looking towards the falling rain and got up, waking her mother. "Alisha, are you alright?" She nodded to her mother, sitting by the entrance. Virizion galloped over, a small smile on her face. "Too excited for tomorrow?"Virizion asked affectionately. "Yeah..."Alisha nodded. "I get how you feel, being all excited for a new adventure"Virizion nodded. "But little adventurers need sleep!" Keldeo came over, laying beside Alisha. "Promise us you'll be careful alright?"Terrakion smiled walking over. "We know you'll be able to take care of yourself, but we will worry"Cobalion agreed. Alisha nodded, and yawned. She returned to her spot in the cave with her mother, leaning on Virizions side as she fell asleep. The rest of the Swords of Justice fell asleep, laying nearby.

The sun rose, the sound of dripping waking Alisha up. She smiled, watching a tiny stream of water come down from carved rocks that looked almost like a slide. She laughed, following the stream a big smile on her face. Virizion yawned, waking up and smiled following her. The two ran through the woods, laughter coming from Alisha. Cobalion and Terrakion watched from the cave, Keldeo joining them not too long after. "Alisha!"Cobalion yelled. He leaped down, and ran in front of the girl before she went into the open field. "It's dangerous out there, Pokémon poachers"Cobalion says. "Poachers..."Alisha stared. Cobalion went out first, looking around silently ready to attack any poachers waiting for them. Virizion followed him close behind, both looking around the area, Alisha hiding under Terrakion looking frightened. "Come on!" Terrakion moved forward, and looked down at her. "Come on, you don't gotta hide anymore, is safe"Terrakion grinned.

She followed him, running out into the field, a big smile starting to spread across her face again. She laughed, running around the open field, Virizion watching her run off. She rolled around on the flowers, giggling coming from her. "ALISHA!" Cobalion galloped over to her, a net missing her by a hair. "Run!"Terrakion ordered. She froze, staring at the poachers, her eyes widening in fear. "Ali!"Keldeo called looking back. A Pokémon rushed out of the forest, slashing at the poachers coming for the girl. A Sneasel landed, gripping its hurt arm. "Sneasel!"Professor Juniper called. Alisha stared at the professor, her eyes wide. Cobalion came over, and got her, dragging her away. The group ran back to the cave, Alisha hiding in the ferns. "Stay there"Cobalion ordered. The sound of galloping filled her ears, then human footsteps coming closer. She listened intently, hearing a woman's voice. "Leave it right there." Something brown came into view, Alisha hiding deeper within the ferns, closing her eyes.

When her family returned, she had fallen asleep, a brown box by the ferns. "Alisha..."Virizion says. She opened her eyes, and yawned getting up. "Look"Keldeo grinned. "Someone paid us a visit"Cobalion frowned looking cautious. Alisha picked the box up, giving it a gentle shake. "Well, open it!"Keldeo smiled. She opened the box, finding little balls inside. She picked them up, one with a ice symbol on it. "Hey, you can become a Pokémon trainer, see if one has a Pokémon inside!"Keldeo grinned. Alisha clicked the button, a bright glow coming from the pokeball, causing her eyes to widen. A Sneasel stood there, a frown on his face. "Hi"Alisha greeted. "Sne!"Sneasel frowned giving her a look. She hugged Sneasel, a big smile on her face. "We're gonna be best friends"Alisha beamed her eyes sparkling. "Sel..."Sneasel sighed looking annoyed. She got up, carrying Sneasel in her arms, her smile getting bigger. "I can be a trainer!"Alisha beamed. Her family glanced at each other, but nodded giving her encouragement. "Yeah....you can Ali..."Cobalion says.
