Plot: The titular trio, formed by Blossom, Buttercup and Bubbles, are now teens who retired from crime-fighting. Now, they are faced with the choice of going back to crime-fighting together, as the world needs them now more than ever. Together they now fight old villains and new ones. They even fall in love with the same guy.

The Skull

The Skull was a crime lord who seemed to be able to kill just by pointing his finger at someone. At one point, his men were successful in capturing a torpedo boat.

The Skull carry's an electron ray gun that could melt through steel like butter. However, he was pretty cowardly without it.
