Cas got out of bed after reading his chart. He pulled his trench coat on as the door opened. "Castiel." The doctor said, seeing his patient out of bed. "You need to lay down and get some rest." He added trying to get him to lay down again.

 The doctor took Cas' trench coat before he sat on the bed and made him lay down. Another doctor entered the room and the first one left. "Castiel, I need you to fill these forms out before we can clear you to leave." He said, handing Cas forms.

 When he filled them out the doctor left with his chart and the forms.

 "I thought you were dead." Sam said. "Nope." Gabe said turning to Sam. "You said you didn't have enough strength to heal yourself. So your good now, you have enough strength?" Sam added. "Not quiet, that set me back. But I know where Cas is." Gabe explained walking back to the ally, Sam and Dean followed. Dean made sure to lock the impala.

 "While you two just went straight to the main scene I looked out the window." He pointed to the ground. "There's a trail of blood, that you two dumb asses walked by." He whispered the last part. "Well that's not going to help us find Cas. It ends at the road." Dean said. "The blood does but the oil doesn't." Sam said, looking at the trail of oil that lead down the road.

 They followed the trail of oil which lead them to a hospital. Gabriel was completely healed now. He didn't go to Cas, even if he wanted to he couldn't get a track on him.

 Sam and Dean went in the hospital, and straight to the front desk. Gabriel trailed behind them. "How may I help you?" The lady behind the desk asked looking up at Sam and Dean. "Uh, is there someone named Castiel here?" Sam said, not sure what Castiel would have his name as. "There was someone named Castiel who was brought in. What is you relationship with him?" She asked looking at Dean. "He's my brother." Gabriel said, stepping forward to the desk. "And who would you be?" Sh asked, looking straight ahead to Gabriel. "Gabriel." He added, the ladies eyes widened. Sam and Dean shared a look of confusion at the ladies response.

 "Okay, come with me." She said, standing up and started to walk down the hall. All three followed her. "Only Gabriel. You two wait here." She added. Gabriel nodded to Sam, letting him know it was okay.
