"What the hell." Dean said, after the cat left. "Where's the impala?" He added, seeing the impala wasn't where it had been. They both ran to the road where they left it. Dean looked down the road, spotting the tail lights. Dean started to run towards it, slowing down when he got closer.

Cas woke up. The room was bright. He could hear beeping beside him, it was a heart monitor that he was attached to. "Castiel." He heard a familiar voice say, he looked over it was Rose. She smiled at him. "What happened to you?" She asked. He went to explain before a doctor walked in. "Miss, I'm going to need you to fill this out." He said, handing her a clip board and pen.

She started filling the paper out skipping a lot of the spaces before handing it to the doctor. "Okay." He said looking at all the blanks before walking out of the room.

"How did you find me?" Cas asked, narrowing his eyes. "I was walking past the ally when I saw you laying on the ground. Then when you didn't respond I picked up your phone and called someone named Sam." Cas looked at her carefully as she explained, noticing she had a couple cuts on her face and that her arm was wrapped. She noticed him looking at her wounds. "While I was on the phone someone jumped me. I'm fine Jacob and Dawn scared the guy off." She added, brushing a piece of hair off her face. "Well you should get some rest." She said, standing up. "I'll see you later." She added opening the door. "Thank you." Cas said, Rose nodded and left.

He didn't go to sleep, or even try to fall asleep. He just rolled over and started to think what happened. "Gabriel should be here with me. We should be in the same place." He ended up speaking out loud to himself. "Why isn't Gabriel here?" A nurse entered the room quietly. "Why would he save me and then not us both appear in the same place." The nurse cleared her throat, Cas rolled over. "You need to take this medicine." She held out a tray with pills and water on it. Cas took the pills and water. "When can I leave?" He asked. "As soon as the doctor clears you." She said, writing something on a clip board that sat at the end of his bed. Once she left Cas picked up the clip board with his chart of information on it. <Talks to himself about someone named "Gabriel"> Is what she had written.

"Dean!" Sam said, catching up to his brother. "Shh." Dean said, stopping a few feet from the impala. There were to figured in the impala, one being Gabe. Dean pointed for Sam to go to the other side while he goes to the drivers side. They opened both front door. "Don't move!" The man said, pulling Gabriel closer and holding the angel blade close to his throat. Sam noticed a couple of the angels wounds were gone, except for the one on his side.

Dean moved and the man stabbed the blade in to Gabriel's chest. Light shun from his eyes and mouth. The mans face looked shocked. He may have just killed Gabriel. Dean grabbed the man and through him out on to the ground. Sam was still in shock, looking at what was Gabriel, he had healed most of his wounds why didn't he do anything to this man. The blade was still in him, Sam reached forward to remove it. There were no wing marks he noticed, Gabriel disappeared. "Hey Samsquatch, Did you miss me." Gabriel said from behind Sam.

Dean was on the other beating up the man for stealing the impala and killing Gabriel. He had no clue the arc angel was still alive and that it was just an illusion he saw get killed. "Whoa Deanio," Gabriel said from behind the hunter. "Since when did you..." He stopped talking when he turned to see the arc angel Gabriel standing behind him. Dean let the man go, he ran from the scene.
