→King Dashrath

King of Koshala Kingdom, Raghuvanshi-Ikshavaku-Suryavanshi, Father of Lord Rama, Bharat, Lakshman and Shatrughan.

→Queen Kaushalya

Wife of King Dasharatha, the mother of Lord Rama and Shanta. The eldest queen of Ayodhya.

→Queen Keikeyi

She was the princess of Kekeya and a powerful warrior, who helped her husband, King Dashrath during a war. Kaikeyi was the mother of Bharata and the second Queen of Ayodhya.

→Queen. Sumitra

Sumitra is the third consort and the queen of King Dashrath. She is the mother of twins Lakshman and Shatrughan. She is considered as the wisest amongst the wives of Dasaratha.

→RajRishi Janak

King of Videha. His original name is Seeradhwaja. Elder brother of Kushadhwaja. Husband of Queen Sunaina. Father of Sita and Urmila, uncle of Mandavi and Shrutkirti.

→Queen Sunaina

Queen of Videha.The only Wife of Rajrishi Janak.  Mother of Sita and Urmila, Aunt of Mandavi and Shrutkirti.

The youngest princess of Mithila. Daughter of King Kushadhawaja and Queen chandrabhaga. Younger sister of Sita, Urmila and Mandavi. Wife of Shatrughan.

→SHATRUGHAN

The youngest prince of Ayodhya. Son of Queen Sumitra and King Dashrath. Also known by the name of Ripudaman. Considered as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu's Sudarshan Chakra and sometines as 1/8th manifest Lord Vishnu. Husband of Shrutakirti. Younger Twin of Lakshman,  younger brother of Rama and Bharat.

→Mandavi

Daughter of King Kushadhawaja and Queen chandrabhaga. Younger sister of Sita and elder of Urmila and Mandavi. Wife of Bharat.

→Bharat

Son of  Queen Keikeyi and King Dashrath. Bharata was the younger half brother of Rama and elder brother of the twins. Condidered as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu's Shankha and sometines as 1/8th manifest Lord Vishnu.Ramayana holds Bharata as a symbol of dharma and idealism.Husband of Mandavi.

→Urmila

She was daughter of King Janaka of Mithila and Queen Sunaina and younger sister of Sita. She was married to Ayodhya's king Dasharatha's 3rd son Lakshmana. She is considered as an incarnation of Ksheer Sagar.

→LAKSHMAN

Lakshman is the son of Queen Sumitra and King Dashrath, younger brother of the god Rama and his aide . He is also known by Saumitra, Ramanuja  and Bharatanuja. He is considered as an incarnation of  Shesha, the thousand-headed serpent associated with Lord Vishnu and sometimes as  one quarter (25%) component of the manifestation of the god Vishnu. Husband of Urmila.

→Goddess Sita

She is described as the daughter of the earth goddess, Bhūmi or Prithvi and the adopted daughter of King Janaka of Videha and his wife, Queen Sunaina. She has a younger sister, Urmila, and the female cousins Mandavi and Shrutakirti.She is known for her dedication, self-sacrifice, courage and purity. She is considered as an Incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi.  Wife of Lord Rama

→LORD RAMA

Rama was born to Kaushalya and Dasharatha in Ayodhya, the ruler of the Kingdom of Kosala. His siblings included Lakshmana, Bharata, and Shatrughna. He married Sita. he is considered as the 7th avtar of Lord Vishnu.
