"Okay, my turn, my turn! Um, I got one." Ralph said. "Great, but can you make it a little more challenging this time?" Vanellope asked. "I spy with my little eye, something yellow, and round, and it eats dots." Ralph said. (Y/n) just scoffed at this. "Seriously, Ralph?" She asked. "Yeah, seriously. You're never gonna get it." Ralph teased. "Well, obviously it's Pac-Man!" (Y/n) said. "No! That's not - why is that obvious?" He asked. "Name one other thing in this whole arcade that is yellow and round and eats dots." Vanellope pointed out. "I can name two things: Ms. Pac-Man and Baby Pac-Man. Boom! I accept your apology." Ralph said. "Yeah, you're right. Okay, but was it Pac-Man?" (Y/n) asked. "Yeah, you got me." Ralph said. The girls chuckled. "Okay. Riddle me this," Vanellope said before looking to Zangief as he talked with Chun-Li. "Do you or do you not think that Zangief waxes?" She asked. "No way, look at the guy," Ralph laughed. "He looks like a yeti!" "I dunno. I mean, if the fur were confined to his chest I might agree, but look at those two very specific tufts of shoe hair poking out of his boots. That does not just happen, Ralph. That is a choice." Vanellope said. "You're totally right, kid! He's baby smooth everywhere else!" Ralph said. "I rest my case." Vanellope said, causing (Y/n) to giggle at her older sister. "My mind is blown. Let's go get a root beer." Ralph said. They went to the bar-tending video game known as Tapper to get a drink. "Okay, let's see what ya got, kids." Ralph smirked. Vanellope took a drink and let out a big burp. Ralph got his drink, took a slug and let off an even bigger belch. (Y/n) cringed in disgust. "You're both disgusting!" She shouted. "Why, thank you," Ralph smirked. "Hey, wanna sneak into Tron?" He asked. "Doesn't that game have a virus?" Vanellope asked. "No, I'm sure they've fixed it." Ralph smiled innocently. They went to the video game and went for a ride together."I'm gonna beat my speed record!" Vanellope laughed as she accelerated. "Me too!" (Y/n) said, speeding ahead of her. "Hey! Wait for me!" Ralph called out as he accelerated next to them. They passed a sign that was like a wet floor sign. Suddenly, the cycles stopped, and they all seemed to glitch out. "Guys...?" Vanellope said. "Yeah?" Ralph replied. "I don't think they fixed the game." Vanellope said. "Uh, no... Help! Tron?" Ralph cried out. "Anyone! Help!" Luckily, they soon got out and were now in a football game. "Do you realize we're basically just, like, zeroes and ones floating around like we are just tiny specks of dust?" Vanellope said as they laid on the field while Ralph tossed the football up and down. "Like, doesn't the very nature of our existence make you wonder if there is more to life than this?" She asked. "Why would I wonder if there is more to life when the life I got is perfect?" Ralph smiled. "I mean, sure, it doesn't look so hot on paper, I'm just a bad guy from some old video game who wrecks a building. Yeah, and for 27 years I was a total zero without any friends. But now I got two best friends who just happen to be the coolest kids in the whole arcade." He said. "Aw thanks, Ralph." (Y/n) smiles at him. "Hey, watch this," Ralph smirked as he pounded the football with his fist, sending it flying into one goal. "Home run! Let's go watch the sunrise." The trio sat on a bench together in Game Central Station.

"Are you really saying that there is not one single solitary thing about your life that you would change?" Vanellope asked Ralph. "No. Think about it. The three of us get to goof off all night long," Ralph replied. "Litwak shows up, we go to work, we put on the hours, then the arcade closes and we get to do it all over again! The only thing I might do different in that scenario would be not having to go to work. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing." Ralph said. (Y/n) chuckled. "Good point, Ralph." She smiled. Suddenly, it got very dark in Game Central Station. "Hey, where'd the sunrise go?" Ralph asked. They soon heard an alarm blare. "That's a plug in alert!" (Y/n) told the others. "Litwak hasn't plugged in a new game in forever! Let's go see what it is!" Everyone gathered around. "Yeah! Excuse us, excuse us," Ralph said, running into the crowd before coming to the two he knew best. "Hey, Felix! Calhoun! What's getting plugged in?" "Well, Ralph, Sonic thinks it's gonna be a new pinball machine," Felix replied. "What do you think, lady love?" "I'll bet you a shiny nickel it's a blood pressure machine." Calhoun replied. "Kids love those things." "Please be a racing game, please be a racing game, please be a racing game." Vanellope and (Y/n) hoped. Suddenly, a new room appeared by the name of WiFi. "Whiffy? Or Wifey?" Ralph glanced over before shrugging. "Well, it's either whiffleball or an arranged marriage game." Ralph said. "It's actually pronounced Wi-Fi Ralph." Sonic corrected. "Yeah, that's what I said." Ralph said. "And WiFi is the Internet which is an online community where human beings go to shop, play games, and socialize." Sonic said. "Ooh! Fun!" (Y/n) beamed. "Oh, no, this is not fun!" The Surge Protector appeared to warn them all. "That sign right there says 'WiFi', what it should say is 'DieFi..." he then chuckled, but no one else laughed as he soon put out security tape to prevent any of them from going into the room. "That's a little humor there but seriously, the Internet is nothing to laugh at. It is new, it is different, and therefore we should fear it. So keep out, for Pete's sake, and get to work. The arcade's about to open." He said. "Oh come on! We finally get something new plugged in and we're not even allowed to go in there!" (Y/n) complained. "Totally not fair!" Ralph added. "A new racing game would've been cool..." Vanellope whispered. "Something wrong with your game?" Ralph asked. "No, no. It's just every bonus levels been unlocked, we know every shortcut," Vanellope told him. "Man, I'd kill for even just a new track!" She said. "New track? You already got, like, three choices." Ralph said. "Three is not a lot, Ralph." (Y/n) said. "Exactly. Besides, don't you ever wish something new and different would happen in your game?" Vanellope asked. "Nope." Ralph said. "Really?" (Y/n) asked in surprise. "Well, agree to disagree. Come on sis." Vanellope said. (Y/n) followed her sister back to their game. "Wait, I don't wanna disagree." Ralph said. "No, no, it's just a fancy way to say we don't have to argue about it." Vanellope said. "We're arguing? I don't want to argue!" Ralph said. "Relax. Stop making it a thing, go to work. We'll see you tonight, stench-vessel." (Y/n) said. "Alright." Ralph was about to leave but then headed to their game. "They want a new track? I'll give them a new track!" "Drivers, start your engines!' The Announcer yelled. "You're gonna lose today, Princesses." Taffyta sneered. (Y/n) and Vanellope rolled their eyes before (Y/n) turned to glare at her. "While, yes. We are technically princesses, Taffyta. I'd rather you just think of us as plain old Vanellope and (Y/n), the racers who're about to kick your butt." Vanellope said before she smiles. "Three, two, one, go!" The Announcer yelled, and the race began. "And pardon us, excuse us, coming through." Vanellope said as she and (Y/n) speed ahead. They soon got to Gumball Gorge. "Whoo-hoo!" (Y/n) cheered.

"And one, two, three gumballs right on cue." Vanellope said as she and (Y/n) dodged. Vanellope and (Y/n) drive up to Taffyta. "Ooh! Huh. Excuse me. I must have fallen asleep. Oh, fun. We're winning." Vanellope said before they drove ahead. Taffyta started crying. "Vanellope and (Y/n) take a huge lead. No one's gonna catch them now." The Announcer said. Suddenly the girls saw the sign Ralph made. "What? Looking for something new, and different? Then take this track!" (Y/n) read. "Oh, Ralph, you old son of a gun! I'd say we got a little time for a detour!" Vanellope said as the two turned. "Hey, look! I think I unlocked a new track!" The gamer said. "Never seen that before." Her friend said. "This is awesome!" Vanellope said. "Thanks, Ralph!" (Y/n) called. "You're welcome!" Ralph said. "Get back up on the track, Swatti! You're going to lose!" Her friend said. "I can't! It's like it's driving itself! What is wrong with this thing?" Swatti asked. (Y/n) suddenly went flying. "(Y/n)!" Vanellope drove as fast as she could. "Oh, no!" Ralph panicked. "Oh, no, no, no, no, no! Kid!" Ralph said. Vanellope quickly hopped out of her kart and ran over. "(Y/n)! Is she okay?" She asked worriedly. "Oh, kid, I'm so sorry!" Ralph said. "What an amazing track! Thank you, Ralph! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" (Y/n) said suddenly, surprising Vanellope, but she was relived that she was okay. "You're welcome! You know I take my duty as your hero very seriously." Ralph said. "Wait a minute. You took a serious duty where?" Vanellope joked. The trio laughed. "Vanellope! (Y/n)! Get up here! We have a situation." Taffyta snapped. Vanellope and (Y/n) went to stand with Taffyta, Rancis, and Candle Head for the intro screen. "What did you do, Ralph?" Taffyta snapped. "Nothing!" He protested. "Leave him alone, he's just trying to make the game more exciting." (Y/n) argued. "Yeah. Why don't you relax, Taffyta? Litwak will fix it." Ralph said. Mr. Litwak tried to put the wheel back on, only to break it in half by accident. "Okay. It's still not a problem," Ralph said. "He'll just order a new part." Ralph said. "Well, I ordered the new part but the company that made Sugar Rush went out of business years ago-" Mr. Litwak told the kids. "I could try to find them on the internet." A boy offered, showing his phone. "Oh, good idea!" A girl added. "Yeah, me too!" Another girl added. The kids went on their phones. "Good luck," Mr. Litwak smiled. "You're only gonna be finding a needle in a-" "I got one! On eBay!" One of the girls said. "Are you kidding me? How much?" Mr. Litwak frowned as he checked the price for a replacement. "That's more than this game makes in a year! I hate to say it but my salvage guys are coming on Friday. It might be time to sell Sugar Rush for parts." Mr. Litwak said. Mr. Litwak walked away. "Where's he going? He's-" Ralph asked before panicking. "Litwak's gonna unplug the game!" Ralph said. The Surge Protector whistled to himself in Game Central Station until he noticed something out of the ordinary and was ambushed by the people of Sugar Rush Speedway. The panicked crowd screamed as they ran into the halls of Game Central Station. "What are you people doing out your game, for Pete's sake?" The Surge Protector glared at them. "The arcade is open!" "Sugar Rush is getting unplugged!" Ralph told him as he rushed with the ones he saved. Sugar Rush was unplugged, panicking the characters. "We're homeless!" The donut cops cried out, hugging each other. "What're we gonna do?!" Candle Head panicked. "Waaaaahh!" Taffyta cried. "Unplugging... Good Lord, I haven't seen this many game-less characters since Space Invaders went down." Surge said as he made a note in his clipboard. "Where are we gonna live?" (Y/n) asked. "You can stay here until the arcade closes, I guess, and then we'll figure out where the heck we're gonna put you all." Surge replied. Vanellope and (Y/n) looked sad and glitched, (Y/n) more than Vanellope.
