Somewhere out there, an abandoned facility is being used as the setting of an experiment.

"Gahh!!" The menacing pain resound within the room.

A  scientist on his early 40s with blonde ruffled hair and eye bags beneath his eyes, observes his subject within a bluish tube.

"Impressive. You were able to endure and continued to be conscious" He said.

Walking to his desk, he took a vial containing reddish orange substance, swirling within it.

Turning back to his subject, machines pulled back to see their figure floating as they show a pitiful expression.

"P-please...stop..." They cried as they try to reach a hand.

"Now now, you've come this far" The scientist adjust his glasses as he place the vial at the machine, "Let me help you finish the job"

With a fading plea heard, the combined effort of the scientists malicious expression and the painful prick of struggles that modifies their body structure have given enough traumatic experience to last for decades or so.

Another wave of scream leads to tremendous power to suddenly rise, blinding the surprised man. Slowly dissipating, the subject is gone, breaking not only the secured tube but also the roof crumbling a bit.

Rather than worrying, he grin. "Perfect. Just perfect," he laugh, "To think it had succeed, Project URGE will be the solution to mankind's downfall. Ahaha!! For now, I shall let you go...conserve your energy, yes...and soon when the time comes, unleash it all out and be the one to dominate as you ravage the world. Ahaha!!"
