Not just on wattpad, but in real life, when I hear about a story or book or movie that sounds like a fantastic idea, I get excited and inspired and want to read or see it! And then I do. And it stinks. That is so sad. People come up with great ideas and then disappoint everyone by screwing them up!

I heard about a movie which had an interesting plot. There was one day of the year where murder was legal, so people were killing everywhere! Those who didn't want to participate in the killing locked themselves in their houses. I thought, "Wow! How interesting!" until my friend said that the movie was horrible and stupid. Really?!

I saw a trailer for a movie about Pearl Harbor and it looked great! Kind of like Titanic! I thought it would be a great historical fiction movie, especially since I had just visited Pearl Harbor right before I saw that trailer. Then I found out that everyone, including the critics, hated the movie and said it was terrible.

And I see so many stories on Wattpad that look great and start out fantastic and interesting! And then they turn out to be cliche or just plain TERRIBLE! There was one plot I was interested in of a teenage girl running away from home. Then she gets kidnapped by handsome vampires! CLICHE!

Remember to PLEASE be original and creative! If you have a good idea, don't ruin it! Put that brilliant idea to good use!
