"Hey! Hey, Skipper! Get up you lazy reptile!" 

I felt like I was being shaken around as I jolted awake, my mama being the first thing in the morning I saw. 

"Come on Skipper. We gotta go with the other dinosaurs and trainers to see our new commander, remember?" 

I rolled my eyes at my mama. "Yeah, yeah..." I wanted to say. I hadn't forgotten. I just didn't want to get out of my bed. I forced myself to crawl out of bed and stand up. Then I followed my master to the meeting room. I sat next to Horns. All the dinosaurs seemed eager to know who their new commander was going to be. I was eager myself. I heard the sound of Horns' voice. 

"Who do you think our commander is going to be, Skipper?!" 

I just shrugged my shoulders. Hopefully someone nice. We looked up at the hatch in the ceiling and saw a human female with long orange fur on her head and she was wearing yellow and green armor. And down also came a yellow Allosaur with green stripes, wearing small laser watches on her wrists. This dinosaur looked like a female. I could tell. They both landed on their hind legs perfectly. I listened up as the female human spoke. 

"Listen up, trainers! My name is Leah. I'll be your new commander. Runa and I are from the Stealth division!"

I looked over at the allosaur. Runa sounded like a pretty name. And she was a pretty dinosaur. I couldn't help but blush. Then I looked at mama as he spoke. 

"Stealth division? I thought the stealth division was very reclusive"

"We are. But since your old commander is down, Runa and I are making an exception. You all will be taught stealth. You are going to need it if we are going to gather information on the diabolical plans of the antichrist!" 

"No way! I'm not taking instructions from another crazy lady!" Michael barked and crossed his arms. 

Bad mistake. I saw Leah clench her fists and growl in anger. 

"I...don't...LIKE IT WHEN I'M INTERRUPTED!! You and your dinosaur get down and give me 30 sit ups!" 

Uh oh. This new commander doesn't joke around. Though it was hilarious to see a T-rex try to do sit ups. 

"This is so humiliating" Michael muttered

"Well you brought it on yourself" my mama spoke up. 

"Anyways...All you trainers better feed yourselves and your dinosaurs. Then we will begin stealth training"

I looked up at mama, feeling nervous. 

"Don't worry Skipper. You're nimble and flexible and fast. You'll do wonderfully!" 

I grinned a little bit. I suppose he was right. And there is a bright side to stealth training. I'll get to stare at the pretty allosaur. If only I could get close enough and get to know her...

I saw with the other dinosaurs in the dining room, chatting and laughing, making jokes about our trainers. Then I saw Runa come up to our table. 

"Hey boys. May I sit here?" 

"No! No wimpy dinosaurs allowed!" Tyrannus barked. 

"Wimpy? We'll see about THAT!" 

Next thing I knew, Runa jumped on Tyrannus and used her strength to knock him down onto his back. Tyrannus flailed his arms and kicked his feet in the air helplessly. I couldn't but snort as I suppressed laughter. 

"That'll teach you a lesson! Don't get up unless I say so!" 

Like dinosaur like trainer, I thought to myself as I stared at her. I couldn't help but feel attracted to that personality and flexible body of hers. 

"Sorry about this Runa. Tyrannus is very stubborn and angry all the time" Horns said regretfully. 

"Oh, Tyrannosaurs are all like that. I'm used to it" 

Runa took a seat right next to me. I started feeling nervous for some reason. 

"So...my name's Runa in case you didn't know that" 

I really wanted to ask Runa a lot of questions. I couldn't help but to speak up. 

"Where'd you learn to do that?" 

"Stealth class of course! Where else?" 

Ah of course. It was a pretty dumb question to ask. Obvious answer. But there was an even deeper question I wanted to ask, as my mating instincts were kicking in. No, I've got to suppress these urges...

"And what division are you from, little raptor?" 

"Oh, me? Infantry division" 

"Not bad, not bad. But I bet you'd be a great stealth soldier too!" 

I didn't doubt that. I was pretty nimble. I blushed at the compliment. 

"Thank you!" 

"You're welcome, little raptor"

I loved her words, her voice, the way she spoke to me. 

"Ha ha, someone is in love!" Tyrannus laughed. 

"Hey, am not! I just think she's sweet!" I barked back. 

Runa couldn't help but laugh. 

"How defensive of you skipper! I like your style!" 

"Thanks again..." 

I couldn't help but chuckle nervously. Did she like me in return? 

"I already know what you want. I know that face. You wanted to ask me to be your girlfriend. Well...I don't do that kind of stuff right away dear. You gotta earn that" 

Grrr...I just knew she was teasing me. 

"Well, how would I earn it?" 

"To earn it, you gotta do well in stealth training. And I will be your partner" 

Wow, I liked the idea of having a female dinosaur as a partner! Talk about a step in the right direction. 

"Y-yeah, sure! I'd love that! I can't wait!" 

Runa giggled at me and nudged me with her snout. 

"Sure ya can't!" 

Then I heard the sound of Leah's voice. 

"Okay trainers, lunch time is over! It is time for stealth training!" 

"Hear that? This is going to be fun, little raptor! Oh, I didn't get your name!" 

I laughed and shook my head. 

"That's because you didn't ask. My name's Skipper." 

"Oh, Skipper! A cute name for you! Well, come on! Let's follow our trainers!" 

I nodded as I followed the dinosaurs. Mama and Leah were having a chat and I stood next to my mama as Ruda stood next to her trainer. 

"I never thought you'd ask me to be your partner, commander" 

"You seem perfect. Let's give it a try!" 

I saw Ruda wink at me and I just winked back, though I didn't understand the gesture. 

"Let's go everyone!"

I followed my mama, Ruda, and Leah to the stealth training room. This was going to be fun, but I hoped it wouldn't be too scary. And I hope I can win Ruda's heart. God, please bless me...
