Mochi is a Japanese sweet, made from glutinous rice flour and starch. I've made 2 batches, one fried on the stove, and another microwaved. The one I did on the stove had the better texture, but we must've messed up in the ingredients process because it didn't taste right. The one we did in the microwave however, was pretty good, though the texture wasn't like the previous. It tasted quite good, but it didn't exactly blow me away. It's an acquired taste. 

7/10- was good but not amazing for me
