It was invented in Quebec, it's french fries, with gravy, and cheese curds. Poutine imo is good, depending where you get it from, and what kind of stuff they put in it. Bacon is ok in poutine, but I still prefer regular poutine. The gravy and curd is delicious together. Poutine still isn't exactly my favorite food to get though.
