The marriage date was fixed .Annika didn't show up anything to shivaay in college and behaved normally .Thus shivaay was also not aware of anything .Dhruv had met annika once ,he liked annika at the very first sight but annika had no interest in him as the marriage itself was just a compromise according to her.

The night before marriage

Annika made aju sleep in her room and went to her mother's room.Karunya was arranging annika's clothes which she had to carry to her in law's house...

A-mummy...(standing near the door)

K-annika?didn't you sleep yet?idhar aao.

Annika went and lyed on her lap and curled herself ...

K-I'm very happy annika,(stroking her hair)meri beti ki shadi hone wali hai(smiling in contentment).And she's going to live happily without any problem.

A-tere bina....(controlling her tears)I will miss you maa.(hugging her tightly)

K-Mein bhi tumhe miss karungi,par kya karun.Tumhare liye yahi best hai.Roz mummy ko call karna teek hai?

A-roz kya?full day I'll be speaking with you only.I can't live without speaking with you and fighting with aju.(pouting)

K-hmmm(smiling)aju...pata nahi vo kya karega tere jaane ke badh.

A-kaash mein ek boy hota,I would have stayed with you forever.

K-annika...pagal ladki(hitting her slightly)

A-mummy, I wanted to ask you something. Did Daksh call you again after that?

K-nahi tho?(she lied)did he contact you?(scared)

A-nahi,that's what I'm asking you.What if he troubles you after I leave ?How will you manage?Ek kaam karo,you also come with me ,teek hai.

A-Good night mummy(she got up to leave when)

K- beta,I've packed all your favourite dresses .And the other clothes which I've ordered to the designer will reach here by tomorrow so don't forget to take that ,ok .

Annika didn't reply rather hugged her mother tightly and planted a kiss on her cheecks...

A-I love you mummy.

K-love you too beta(kissing her forehead)ab jaake so jao.

Then annika left to her room,while karunya wiped her continuously flowing tears...

The next day

Since the marriage was a very simple one ,only some close friends and family were invited.All the work was going on when the Pandit called for the groom Dhruv came and sat on the mandap...

At the same time in OM

Pinky- Shivaay,Today I've to attend a wedding ,will you come with me ?

S-mom,I have to go to college.

P-acha ...teek hai,tum jao.(acting innocently)

S-mom...aap na,ok fine I'll come .

P-mera heera beta(pulling out his cheeks)chalo

Shivaay and pinky were in their way to the same place as sushmita and pinky were friends...

In temple

Pandit called for the bride.

There Annika came with gauri on her left side and aju who was holding her finger tightly (standing on her right side)

She was made to sit beside Dhruv and the Pandit carried on his work ,while karunya had happy tears watching annika.On the other side aju being a very little child knew nothing which was going around him, but he was sure that his si is going to leave him .So at that moment he didn't think of anything he just held her finger tightly and sat with her.

Shivaay and Pinky reached the place ,they got down from the car and when pinky was ahead of moving ,a person who was in a hurry collided with her and ran  .Pinky slightly lost her balance but shivaay immediately caught her from falling down...

S-hey stupid(pointing the person who dashed pinky)mom...(holding her)are you fine?

P-jii ,shivaay chalo chalthi hai.

And they started walking, but shivaay noticed something which fell from that person's pocket .It was something like a picture.He turned it around,and instantly he was surprised to see a picture of himself and annika which was taken at the harbour when they met first ...

S-ye photo?(baffled)

P-oh my mata shivaay,why you standings come lets go.

S-jii maa.

He moved fast to know who was that person with that photo.At the same time...

Pandit- Phehron ke liye khadi ho jaahiye.

When they both were about to stand ...

Daksh-itni bhi kya jaldi hai panditji ,jab asli dulha yahan hai(standing straight opposite to annika)

Karunya was horrified to see daksh there,while annika was equally confused looking at him suddenly.

K-what are you doing here?

D-don't get angry saasu ma,What did you think you will get annika married to someone secretly and I would not be able to find it?You have underestimated me saasu maa.(smiling evily)

Sushmita-hey kaun ho tum?Yahan kya kar rahi ho.Let me call the police first.

D-ek minute ,before you ask who I am.Could you plss ask annika who is this and what she was doing with him(throwing a bunch of photos throughout the place)

The photos consisted of the pictures where shivaay was carrying annika the other day at the harbour.And some others depicted ,annika being surrounded by the ladies (prostitutes).

Everyone where thrilled looking at those pictures. Dhruv immediately stood up witnessing the photos.Annika didn't know what to do.

Su-karunya ji ,kya hai ye sab?This is why you wanted your daughter to get married and settle in abroad so that we will never know the truth ever.Aisi ladki mere beta ko nahi chahiye ,aisi cheap ladki...

Annika didn't react to anything rather she just stared at nothing in particular. Shivaay and pinky were present there ,he was literally terrified watching annika dressed like a bride and standing beside dhruv, when he heard those words about annika  he was boiling in anger but before he could react...

K- bas....chup rahiye aap,(going near annika and holding her shoulders)You have no rights to talk about my daughter .I trust her (she told with full confidence)

While annika watched her mumma with teared eyes.

Su- what do you expect me to speak after watching all this (indicating the photos)

K-jaahiye yahan se(controlling her anger)I said leave ...

Then sushmita pulled along with her and went from there still badmouthing annika...

Su-mein bhi dekthi hoon kaun issey shaadi karega ,let's go dhruv (pulling him)

Hearing all those words from her,karunya sat with a thud being devastated. Immediately shivaay rushed and supported her ,annika was shocked to find shivaay there...

A-mummy(holding her)mummy, tum teek ho na mummy.

D- agar ye sara drama katam ho chukka hai,tho tell me haan.I should get ready for marriage.

A-gauri...take aju from here.

G-par annika(cutted by her)

A-gauri plss.

Then gauri took aju and went from there.Karunya who was crying slowly looked at shivaay then at annika with questioning eyes...

K-annika,I totally trust you .But just tell me the truth.

Then annika told her everything, that happened the other day when she was kidnapped and taken to the prostitutes place.And how shivaay saved her at the harbour...

A-agar shivaay vahan nahi aayi tho...(looking at shivaay with tears while he indicated her not to cry)

D-haan...annika?,do you remember that agent ....(thinking)his name is...I think he is Dhiwan .

A-how did you know ?(confused)

D-don't be shocked ok,I only sent him that day to kidnap you.Actualy all that set up was to bring you to me but this shivaay(pointing him)came out of nowhere and saved you.

Hearing his confession everyone where shocked,while shivaay saw him with blood shot eyes...

D-saasu ma,jaldi kijiye shaadi ke liye (eyeing annika lustily)

Immediately a slap landed on his face, and everyone were surprised to see pinky slapping daksh...

P-oh my mata,tere jaise insaan ke sath annika ki shaadi?kabhi nahi(holding his collars and slapping him again)

D-tho kaun karega shaadi iss prostitute ke saath ?(roaring in anger)

Shivaay could no longer hold himself,he rushed to him and punched him hardly on his nose numerous times,and he seemed to be out of control.Watching this annika ran and held his hand and cried indicating to stop it.As soon as he felt her touch he closed his eyes to control himself and stopped beating him while daksh lost his conscious and fainted.All this time karunya who was sitting quitely, moved slowly and went to pinky...

K-(holding pinky's hands)pinky jii muje aur rastha nahi mila.Isliye mein aapse ye maangrahi hoon(crying)

P-boliye.

K-will you accept annika as your daughter in law?

Annika who was holding shivaay's hands all this time left him immediately being shocked,while shivaay who was equally shocked just stared at karunya.Though he loved annika he never wanted their marriage to happen in such a situation.

A-maa ,kya bol rahi ho tum?(shocked)

K-annika ,You don't know anything .He's very dangerous (pointing daksh who was lying down)already I have lost your sister because of him .If all this still continues he will never let us live peacefully.Aur mera jaane ke baadh(cutted by her)

A-mummy (crying)aise mat kaho...

K-yahi zindagi ka sach hai beta,everyone needs a life partner to lead a happy life .In that case my choice was not correct ,but (nearing shivaay and holding his hands)I totally believe that shivaay is the right life partner for you and he will surely protect you from all problems.But I don't want to force anyone ,pinkyji it's totally your decision but if it is positive I'll feel happy.

P-annika beta idhar aao,(she went near pinky)I also like annika aur issey meri bahu banne ke liye manzoor hai muje.But shivaay is still studying, I don't know whether he is ready for marriage. Whether he will be able to take up responsibilities.I want to know about his decision first.

A-ek minute,(silence prevailed the place)I need to talk with shivaay.

Shivaay nodded and left to the backside and waited...

S-what is your decision annika(turning and looking at her)

A-pata nahi,(nodding negatively).I agreed for this marriage only for my mother's sake and now if she wants me to get married to you,I won't deny it even.But it's not the same case with you (nearing him)it's totally your own decision .If you don't want this plss deny it ,and one more thing I don't know whether I'll be able to satisfy your expectations, if we get married. She turned to leave but ,her pallu got struck on the bush nearby and she was struggling to pull it out.Shivaay who saw this took her hands away from it and he helped her get off it gently.

S- every problem has a solution (looking into her eyes which were swollen due to her continuous tears).Somewhere or the other we both have been put into this situation and I'm also a reason behind all this.

A-aisa kuch nahi hai?

S-agar ye sab hona tha,hone dethe hain.(wiping her tears)and I promise mein hamesha aapki best friend hi rahoonga,I won't expect anything from you . I will marry you.

Annika didn't speak anything rather just got lost in his blue orbs for the moment.

S-chaliye.

A-(coming out of the trance)jii,(following him)ye kya ho raha hai muje ?(mummering to herself)

Then shivaay went and told his decision to karunya and pinky.Karunya was pleased and very happy with his decision.

K-Thank you so much beta,(she held shivaay's hand )

P-so meri bahu annika hai(holding her hand)

Both their mothers made shivika hold their hands and made them sit on the mandap.

Then shivika took 7 rounds .

Pandit-ye sindoor uski maang me bariye.

Shivaay took the sindoor and adorned it on her hairline while a lone tear made it's way from her eye which he immediately wiped off.Then he took the mangalsutra and took it near her neck annika who was bending down all this time felt this and looked up to get freezed in his gaze.She could actually see his extreme concern , care for her in his eyes and another emotion which was actually love but she was not able to name it at that moment . But the only question going in her mind was "why he was so gentle with her always?".Maintaining the eyelock he tied the mangalsutra around her neck.

Pandit- the marriage is completed.

Karunya's happy tears didn't stop their way from her eyes...

Pinky-arey karunyaji,no cryings now.Jaahiye hamari bachon ko aapke aashirvaadh chahiye .

Shivika got blessings from their parents .Daksh who was lying down being unconscious just got up and saw all this being shocked ....

D-Annika....(roaring in anger)

Everyone turned to find Daksh standing there with revengeful eyes.

D-enjoy your happiness to the fullest now itself, because your future is not going to be peaceful (he screamed in an evil voice and left from there)

Here shivaay held annika's hand tightly indicating his assurance .

S-maa(to karunya)don't worry about him,I'll take care of it.

K-muje pata hai beta ,I trust you totally and I believe that you are the one for annika.

Annika didn't realize but she was actually catching hold of shivaay tightly all this time.

Pinky-chalo shivaay.

K-pinkyji ,annika?

P-I know what you're trying to say,I will take care of her.Waise bhi annika muje mummy bulatha hai,vo meri beti bhi hai.Don't worry.

To which karunya nodded and looked at annika with teared eyes.Annika immediately rushed and hugged her mother and they shared an emotional moment...

K-jao annika,(pulling her out of the hug and wiping her tears)tere liye ek achi si zindagi wait kar rahi hai.

A-maa aju?

K-I'll see to him ,abhi tum jao.

Then annika went and sat inside the car in the backseat.Pinky was sitting in the middle with shivaay at right and annika at left.When the car started moving annika's eyes didn't leave her mother ,she was continuously waving hands like a small school girl...

P-annika,you can visit your mother whenever you want and she will also visit us often.So don't worry ok(caressing her head)

She took her mobile and put on a conference video call to daadi who was in OM and the others(shakthi,tej and jhanvi)who were in Australia. (For some business reasons)

Then all of them were present in the video call.(daadi and om,and all senior Oberois with rudra).Annika was just wondering thinking"itni badi family hai iski?"

Then pinky turned the camera towards shivaay...

R-wow... annika bhabi !!!aap bahut khoobsurat hai,I'm Rudra I mean you can call me Rudy.

A-hi rudy(smiling)

Shakthi-(smacking Rudy's head)ho gaya tera ,meri bahu ko dekne do.

Daadi-pinky,bring her home soon.(dadi knew that annika is the girl whom shivaay loves)

Om-shivaay(smiling mischievously as he knew about shivaay's mad love for annika)

S-om,I'll talk with you later.

Then each and everyone talked with annika one by one.And the elders have decided to leave to India as soon as possible since Rudy was also on his vacations.They cut the call...

A-(still amazed)mummy koi kuch nahi bola,I mean they were not angry on us for not informing them?

P-hamari family aisa hi hai beta,shivaay hamari khandaan ki first baby haina ,thus he is very special to everyone .None of us get angry on him for anything.And not only that they all think it's a love marriage and that's why they didn't say anything against shivaay's wish.

A-what?love marriage?(looking at shivaay who had an innocent reaction)

Then annika noticed something and moved forward past pinky and...

A-(hitting his hand which was slightly outside the window and pulling it inside)haath andar rakho tum(glaring at him)

While pinky chuckled watching this...
