So, since I am a super nice person that everyone likes, I'm on the 'welcoming comity'. We basically welcome new students and hang out with them until they find other friends.

Today I was welcoming a dude named, no joke, Evan Hansen.

Oh boy I better hide him from Zoe.

I waited outside the school for him.

"Um... Excuse me? Are you.." he checked his arm, where I assumed he had written my name "Alex... L- Lam-... uhhh"

"Yeah. That's me."

This boy is my new son.

"C'mon dude. I'll show you around." I said. He just stammered a reply and followed me.

"... So that's the entire school. Any questions?"

"No. I think I'll just leave."

"But we're just getting started."

"What does that mean?"

"You like ice-cream?" I asked.

"W-well duh. Who doesn't like ice-cream.."

He looked like he was deathly allergic to ice-cream.

"I'm meeting a couple of my friends. Oh, and by the way, don't tell Zoe your real name. She might shatter your eardrums."

".....Why?"

"I have so much to teach you."

We walked to a cool ice-cream/gelato place I knew, where Zoe, Maria, Lauren, James(who had just recovered enough from his injuries to enjoy some good ole strawberry gelato) and Jordan.

"Hey dudes this is that guy I was just showing around the school. His name is.."

shoot. I can't think of a name.

Publius.

Hammy. No.

"Peter. Peter Jonson."

"What do you want then, Peter?" Maria asked. Her family happens to be the most not poor.

"Um... Vanilla? Yeah. Just vanilla is fine."

Maria looked at him, doubting his choice for him. But she got the ice-cream anyways.

We sat there, eating our ice-cream chatting about random things. Attempting to engage Evan in the situation. But suddenly I felt a pain in my headular area.

"Ow" Evan and I said at the same time.

"Freaky. Twin brain freezes." Zoe said.

Burrrrrrrr.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Wow. Just.

Wow.

Evan smiled sheepishly and feigned dying.

That dude needs to take some acting lessons.

Suddenly, for a moment, I felt pushed backwards, and caught glimpses of a strange library.

What just happened?

"You okay?" Lauren asked.

"Yeah. I'm- I'm fine."

"YOU. TWO. ARE. SO. CUTE." Zoe speak-screamed.

"Shut up Zoe."

We kept talking, but in the back of my mind I couldn't help wondering; what just happened?
