Y/n's POV
As soon as the alien disappeared I realised that everyone was watching me. So, I ran and grabbed AJ by the wrist, and we ran from the college.

I let go of her wrist, but half a mile down the road a heard a gasp. Thinking that AJ had been attacked, I spun around, to see the Doctor in his arms.

She must have followed me, I though, this is  my fault...

I look to the Doctor's friends, and I wave them over to me, so they would be safe behind me. They walked over to me, and they all watched in anticipation, as I looked him right in the eyes.

"Let her go..." I said in an irratated voice.
"I came for the alien, but it seems that I am too late," he replied in his gruff voice.
"Like always," I said with a smug grin on my face.
"You know you must stop this, this aliens deserve to be with me. I protect them from harm."
"What, by torturing them and experimenting on them? 'Cause if you ask me, they are safer on their planet."

The Doctor smiles at me from my comment, but I continue to stare at the man that I hold the most hatred for.

"How do you always find us? You always turn up right after we have found the alien, how'd you do it?"
"I told him," said a voice I never thought would say those words.

I turn around to see AJ smiling, not a happy smile, but an accomplished and nasty smile. I look at her with pleading eyes, begging her to not have said the truth, to still be my friend. My please did nothing to stop her walking towards him.

"You see y/n, your just not right. I realised how wrong you are, and saw the light of the whole situation. I was on the wrong side," she states, still grinning evilly along with him.
"Let her go," I say repeating myself from earlier.
"Whatever, I don't need her anymore anyway."

He let's go of the Doctor and he shoves her at me. I grab her before she falls to the floor and pull her back up to her feet.

"I've warned you for the last time, y/n, you won't be so lucky next time," says with a sickening grin plastered on his face. And with that he disappeared, using a teleport.

I looked behind me at the Doctor and her friends.
"Are you all OK?" I ask them.
"Yeah," they all reply.
I sigh, "Good, I don't want you getting hurt because of me."

Doctor's POV
I see her eyes filled with sand and dismay, so I do what I think helps best. I pull her towards her and I hug her.I feel her tense at first, but then she relaxes into the hug.

After a few seconds I can here her soft sobs, and she places her face in the crook of my neck. I start rubbing her back to try and calm her, and we stay like that until she calms down.
