How it felt like when I was reading your book:

TITLE

Fit for a captain! I love the dedication of the ship's name into the story as well, she does carry the entire plot as she moves within the ocean so good job on that!

BLURB

I could tell you that it was well polished and tremendously rich vocabulary. Gives any reader an immediate insight into what they are in for. There's a good number of tags too and the blurb didn't give out any spoilers, so another point on that!

COVER

I love the black and white cover, it looks charming but at the same time gives out a lot of death and money addiction sort of vibes in the story. I love how clear the title and the author's name are. I'd prefer the word SCOURGE written in another font, maybe a font related to something signifying horror but that's just me nit-picking.

PLOT AND GRAMMAR

I know I am supposed to be writing constructive criticism feedback, but please, allow me to fangirl right now.

Firstly, I did not find a single error in the story. The punctuation, the grammar and the pace of the story were just brilliant! It didn't feel like the story was being dragged or accelerating too fast, it was just perfect!

There was the right amount of background information necessary and I didn't find any information dumping in the story. 

Maybe my only recommendation is to split the longer chapters. I noticed that a few chapters have a reading time of 20 minutes. 

Splitting the chapters has its own advantages.

More chapters = more votes gained = higher rankings in the Wattpad Algorithm. 

OVERALL

My favourite part of the story has to be when they discover a woman. The whole conversation is just hilarious XD! I am not fully sure if I trust her yet or not, she does seem to be a little bit sly and I wonder how Hamish's character development is going to affect everyone on that ship including the captain himself.

I genuinely feel that the book has been polished quite well and edited many times because this is definitely something I would like to see on my shelf. You should also try publishing your book too! And also, do join book clubs so you can get more exposure to your book.
