yesterday I was like "don't feel like writing, gonna draw all the apprentices" but I didn't finish that so back to writing

"Do it again." 

Voidpaw stood up, groaning. "Do we have to?" he pleaded, "All the other apprentices are eating already."

Darknight's expression was unreadable. "Do it again."

He got up and positioned himself in a hunting crouch. the black tom waited two heartbeats and lept at the large tom, attempting to knock him over. Darknight whirled around and slammed the apprentice to the ground. 

"Ow!" 

Breathing hard, the older tom stood over him for a while. It was only when another cat called something from camp did he step back. Voidpaw lay on the ground for a little, silently cursing himself. He heard footsteps entering the clearing and sprang up to see Glisteningpaw. She tilted her head and mumbled something through the mouse she was carrying.

"What?"

She placed it down, "Are you ok?" she said.

The tom shook himself off and suppressed a wince from his bruises, "Yeah, I'm good. Let's go eat."
