An: Basically everyone from Heroes Academy reaction to Atlas the next day.

(Scene: Heroes Academy)

Inside H-A cafeteria are many students and staff who were chatting until the news came on which caught everyone attention.

Lisa Lavender (Devices): "Hello everyone this is Lisa Lavender and today we bring you a important announcement brought to you by James Ironwood himself" she said.

Ruby: "I wonder what his announcement could be?" She ask.

James Ironwood (Devices): "Attention everyone. As of today Atlas and Mantle are no longer allies with Heroes Academy" he said shocking everyone along with Ozpin spitting his coffee.

Ozpin: "what!?" He yell.

Reporter: "Sir could you explain why?" A random reporter ask.

J I (Devices): "Yesterday Jacques was put into a coma the cause was shock due to Willow divorcing him after discovering that Jacques was enslaving faunus and making them miners in Dust mines" he said surprising everyone.

Wiess: "What!?" She said completely shock.

J I: "That wasn't all. I discovered that the old Atlas Council was making deals with thugs and villains to attack Mantle civilians while bribing the heroes into   turing a blind eye along with them showing Mantle where they belong" he said shocking everyone.

An: that why certain anime heroes are fake.

Reporter: "so what happened to the old council?" A random reporter ask.

J I (D): "to ensure that this will never happen again both Mantle and Atlas will become a republic kingdom by the name Mantle Atlas where the public will speak their opinion on the big changes with the newly council" he said as four other people join him on stage.

Robyn (D): "both the council and the public vote on yesterday about Heroes Academy and both parties agree that Heroes Academy will no longer be our allies. And if anyone from that academy or other heroes enter the kingdom without our permission then they will be arrested" she said shocking everyone.

Weiss: "what!?" She said as she is completely worried about her remaining family.

Whitney (D): "And to Weiss you are to given a choice between staying with Heroes Academy or returning home" he said surprising Weiss.

Watts (D): "however if you choose to stay at that school know that you will only visit on the holidays otherwise you will be arrested if you try to enter the kingdom" he said.

Amana (D): "the first part was from your mother and the rest is from us" she commented.

J I (D): "That isn't all" he said as a sixth person came onto stage which surprised everyone.

Sienna (D): "As of today Faunus are now equal to everyone so anyone that enslaved or even be a racist to Faunus will be arrested and be sent to jail" she said.

J I (D): "and if the rest doesn't treat Faunus equal then they will be punished" he said.

While the Faunus are happy those that are racist are enrage at this.
