Back story: Cleo grew up at Camp Jupiter with her demigod Parents, Hazel and Frank, she loved to hear stories about when they saved the world as part of the prophesied seven. She had always wanted to go on a guest, but it seemed like she couldn't because no one wanted to give her a quest or let her go. She was okay with it though and knows if she is to go she will go soon. She does know her parent's friends and there kids since her parents still keep in touch with them.
