Gauri tries hard to stop omkara and drags him but listening to shivay he stops and shouts listening to which the house shakes in fear…everyone including swethlana and shivay are hell scared seeing omkara like this…

He with finalty is his voice says: Gauri koi kaam nhn karegi…jiska guest hai wo deal karle…Mere family ko bother na kare… AM I CLEAR SHIVAY?? I don’t want any more talks…and THUD ( GAuri will not do anything….It’s your guest make her comfortable but don’t bother my family for her….)

Ok now lets jump to the story...

Chapter 21

om was numb seeing his wife on floor.... and rudra was just coming from outside

Shivomru/anivya/daadi/tej: ( shouting) Gauri!!!!

Dadi: ( concerned) gauri puttar uth...kya hua tujhe…uth puttar...om ise jaldi se kamre mein le jaa...aur...( Gauri my child get up!! What happened child..please get up!!! Om just carry her upstairs to your room and….)

Shivaay: ( hurriedly) main doctor ko call karta hoon...( I will call the doctor)

OM: ( sternly) KOI ZAROORAT NAHI HAI...AB JO KARNA HAI VOH MAIN KHUD KAROONGA....AKHIR GAURI MERI BEEVI HAI....AUR SIRF ISS GHAR KI BAHU...RUDY TUM DOCTOR KO BULAO PLEASE!!!???  ( no need at all….Now whatever has to be done will be done by me…Gauri is my wife and the DIL of this house…Rudy You call the doc please)

Pinky: Oh my maata omkara!! Ek toh mera beta bol raha hai ki wo doctor ko bula deta hai teri is behhosh biwi ke liye upar se tu usse itna attitudes de raha hai…. ( My son is offering to call the doctor for your unconscious wife and you are giving him attitude )

Tej: (raging) SHUT UP PINKY!!! Yeh mere parivaar ka maamla hai…tum aur tumahra paivaar door raho isse….omkara ne rudra ko bola hai na…tumhe chinta ka natak karne ki koi zaroorat nhn hai ( This is my family’s personal matter so there is no need for you or your family to interfere inn it…Omkara has told rudra to call the doctor so stop faking your concern) and pinky shuts her mouth and frown and mutters This is not the age to think good for anybody..

Omkara: rudra jaldi doc ko bula do ( hurry up and call the doc rudra)

rudy: ok...O....aap bhabhi ko kamre mein le ke jao....bhavya tum…tum na bhabhi ke sath he rehna.... ( Ok O..You take SIL to the room…Bhavya you please stay with SIL)

Shivaay: ( Hurt) kaise batein kar rahe ho tum om...voh meri choti behen jaisi hai...aur tum mujhe uske liye kuch bhi karne se nhn rok sakte ho ( What are you talking om?? She is like my younger sister…and you can’t stop me from doing anything for her)

Om: ( emotionally) vahi toh farak hai shivaay....behen jaise aur behen hone main fark hai...aur voh bhi bahut badi jo aaj tumne mujhe sikhaya bhi aur dikhaya bhi....gauri bade bhaiyya bulati hai na tujhe...aur kya kiya tune....(shouting now) sab ke saamne uski insult ki.... ( That is the difference shivay….There is a difference between being like a sister and being a sister; and you have clearly shown me and taught me that difference today shivay…Gauri used to call you her big brother and what did you do…Insult her infront of everyone)

Shivaay:(silence)

Daadi: Om!!!! Abhi yeh saari baatein karne ka time nhn hai…tum gauri ko kamre main leke jaao.. ( om this is not the time for all these things now…take gauri to the room)

Om: haa....daadi...mein jaa raha hoon...(saying this he takes gauri to their room followed by bhavya and other family members including shivika)

Om made her lie comfortably on the recliner....

Om: ( patting her cheeks) gauri....gauri utho...main tumse vaada karta hoon gauri ...ki main tumhe kuch nahi hone doonga....(looking at shivaay ) saare khatron se tumhe bachaunga...please utho na gauri... mere liye utho…( and a lone tear escapes his eye) ( Gauri wake up please wake up….I promise you gauri that I won’t let anything happen to you!! I will always save you from all evils…Please wake up…wake up for me)

Daadi: ( worriedly) jhaanvi tum ek kaam karo ek glass main paani le aaoo..  ( jhanvi just get some water in a glass)

Jhaanvi: ji maa...ji... (yes MIL)

Pinki: ( taunting) oh my mata mummijy!!  behosh hui hai sirf...mari nahi abhi tak...itna pareshan hone ki koi zaroorat nahi hai...huh.... aur kya pta sirf natak he kar rahi ho behoshi ka taakin swetlaana ka kamra na saaf karna pade… ( She is just unconscious…You are worrying as if she is dead…and who knows she must be feigning unconsciousness to escape cleaning swetlana’s room)

Om: ( shouting with anger and red eyes) BASSS!!!!!!CHOTI MAA !!!AAP KUCH ZYADA HE BOL RAHI HAI.... EK SHABD AUR NAHI...!!!!!!!! ( Enough!!! Aunt you are crossing all your limits….You have spoken far too much…A word more and you be ready to face the consequences) and jhanvi just drags her out of the room and tells her to not spit venom on her son’s life lese she will not be spared from tej and her…Pinky is scared seeing the open threat from jhanvi and walks off

... By then rudy comes in with the doctor ...

Doctor: kya hua tha..?? maine us din hi aapse bola tha na ki inhe kisi bhi tarah ka stress nhn hona chaheye...wait now let me check her...aap log please bahar chaliye.... (Everybody left the room and was waiting for doctor to respond)  ( what had happened…I had warned you the other day to keep her away from all the stress….)

Om (to himself ): nahi...nahi....kuch nahi hone doonga main gauri ko.....abhi abhi he toh hamne hamari zindagi saath main jeeni shuru ki hai...(praying to god) bhagwaan...pehli baar aapse kuch maang raha hun main...gauri ko kuch mat hone dijiye please….wo toh aapko bahut maanti hi na…wo kehti hai wo aapki favourite hai.......main nhn jee paunga uske bina…agar use kuch hua toh main apne aap ko maaf nahi kar paunga..( NO no…nothing will happen to my gauri..She will be fine…We had just started our life together and now…Please god save her…She trusts you a lot…She always says that she is your favourite…please save her..I won’t be able to stay without her..I won’t be able to forgive myself if something happens to her)

.Hearing this shivaay went towards om and said...

Shivaay: om apne aap ko sambhaalo....jo bhi hua usme tumhari koi galti….( Om calm down….whatever happened ..it wasn’t )

Om: ( cutting him) NAHI HAI.!!!!JAANTA HOON MAIN!!!! AUR YEH BHI JANTA HOON KI USKI EK BHAI HAI JISKI VAJAH SE AAJ VOH ISS HALAT MEIN HAI..!!! ZAADA ACHA BANNE KI KOSHISH MAT KARNA SAB JAANTA HOON MAIN!!!  ( because of me…I know…And I am very aware that she has a brother because of whom she is in this condition….Don’t try to be so nice I am aware of the truth)

Dadi: (gave a slap to om ): chup...ek dum chup...kya bole jaa rahe ho...bohot hogaya ab...tum billu ke baare mein aise nahi bol sakte...samjhe... wo tabse kuch nhn bol raha hai par tum bole he chale jaa rahe ho( Quiet….What are you saying??? It’s enough now…. You should not speak like this about BILLU….understood?? he isn’t speaking anything since then..but you have been continuously speaking against him)

Tej: ( unbelievably) Maa!! Aapko itna kuch hone ke baad bhi lagta hai ki shivay sahi hai…haan akhir kaar kyun nhn lagega…aapka favourite pota jo hai…aap jab dekho billu yeh billu wo he toh karti hain ( Maa even after all this you think shivay is not wrong??? Yeah afterall he is your favourite grandson right?? Anyways all you do is BILLU this and BILLu that)

Om :( ignoring everything and laughing ....but had tears in his eyes)...haa...haa...isiki kasar reh gyi thi ….lo ab yeh bhi hogya...bachpan se lekar aaj tak mujhe dadi ne galti se bhi hurt nahi kiya tha...lekin aaj..tumahri vajah se shivaay....bahut khush hoon mein... (and was literally crying)  ( Ye yes…Only this was left now and look it’s done…Since childhood grandma had been cautious enough to not hurt me but look today just because of you….I’m so happy)

Shivaay: om....

Rudy: (understanding om's emotions...) bhaiyya please...rehne do use akele...i can’t see him in this situation..uski beevi andar behosh padi hai....( Bro please leave him alone….His wife is unconscious inside)

(By then doctor comes...and om runs to him)

Om: doctor use hua kya hai...sab theek hai na...voh theek toh hai na??  ( doctor what has happened to her…is she alright)

Doctor: haa...haan voh theek hain.....lekin lag raha hai ki unhe kaafi zaada stress hai...usi vajah se voh behosh hogyi thi...kaafi weak bhi hai voh...  ( yeah she is alright….But it looks like she is in a lot of stress and that is the reason why she lost her consciousness…Also she is very week right now)

Tej: tension lene ki koi zatoorat nahi hai na doctor?? ( is there anything to be worried about)

Doctor: ohh...nahi....she is fine now...aur ha...uski khyal rakhna...zyada stress mat dena use....it can get her into trouble...aur yeh medicines use de dena...( Oh no!! She is fine…Take care of her and keep her away from stress…and give her these medicines)

Om: ji doctor .... thank u.... thank u very much...

Doctor: you are welcome..haan...ek aur baat unhe abhi tak hosh nahi aaya hai...mein ne injection diya hai...thodi wakt lagega...unhe disturb mat karna.....let her rest....  ( Yes I had given her an injection so she is sleeping…Don’t wake her up….It will take some time but she will soon wake up)

Rudy: aayiye doctor mein aapko baahar tak chod deta hoon... (And they left.... om rushed towards his chirayya..) (Come doctor I will drop you outside)

Om gets inside hurriedly and sits on his chiraiya’s side…taking her hand in his own…says thank god gauri tum theek ho…main bahut dar gya tha…( Thank god you are fine gauri…I was so scared)

Shivay comes in and om gets angry seeing him

Om with out saying a word took shivay out of the room...and all follow d them..

Om: suna  na tumne ....jo doctor ne kaha...?? isiliye please...muje aur meri biwi ko akele rehne do...disturb mat karna... (saying this he went to room nd locked himself along with gauri)  ( You heard what doctor said right?? So please just leave me and my wife alone…and don’t disturb)

Om’s pov,

Jab tak wo swetlana iss ghar mein hai...tab tak gauri yaha iss ghar mein  na he safe hai aur na he stress free.....kuch karna hoga mujhe….mein use gauri ke aas paas bhi nahi aane doonga...haaan ab gauri iss kamre se baahar bhi nahi jayegi chahe jo hojaye......jab tak swetlana is ghar mein hai... yehi theek hoga….main bhi apna kaam ghar se he karne ki koshish karunga taakin zaada se zaada time gauri ke saath bita paaun aur saath main iss tarah uss swetlana pe meri nazar bhi rahegi ( Till the time swetlana is here in this house neither will gauri be safe nor will she be stressfree; I will have to do something…I won’t let her come near my gauri….Yes now gauri will not even step outside this room till swethlana is here…no matter what. This will be perfect…Even I will try to work from home..this way I will be able to spend more time with gauri and also will be able to keep an eye on swethalana’s activities)

On the other side Bhavya’s pov

Kuch sach kadve hote hai....mein yeh baat kisi ko bhi nahi bataungi...jo gauri bhabhi ne kiya ....sahi kiya... Flash back, Bhavya was near the window and could see and hear doctor who was in rikara’s room checking gauri...
Gauri: dactar saahab....hame kuch nahi hua hai....ham naatak kar rahe the...par aap yeh baat kisi se mat kehna.....pleej... ( Doctor I am fine…I was just acting…but please don’t let this truth out)

Doctor: ( shocked) what are u saying....i’m a doctor..and i can’t hide the patient’s condition from their family...

Gauri: pehle aap meri baat sunlo... (the doctor was their family doctor...and somewhat he know the problems that were there in OM....gauri narrated the whole incident...)

Doctor: still....

Gauri:pleej...na mat kahiye.... ( please don’t say it)

Doctor:(after a lot of thinking) ok...fine....par haan...aap abhi abhi hospital se aayi hai...aur aaj kaafi weak bhi lag rahi hai aap...khyal rakna...aur medicines mat bhoolna.... ( But you have just come back from the hospital a few days ago…you still look very week so don’t forget your medicines and take care)

Gauri : ji doctor..... thanko.... Bhavya was hearing the full convo....and she felt bad for gauri...that she was struggling so hard to stop a fight between obros...and DECIDED to help gauri..... ( Thank you doctor..i will take care…..)

End of POV

Rudra came in the room and asked bhavya to tell him what happened….Bhavya updated him regarding whatever had happened when he was out..and rudra was furious on swethlana for keeping such a demand…

Shouting Swetlana Swetlana….kahaan ho tumm…bahar aao..
Swetlana comes out and says kya hai rudra..itna kyun chila rahe ho…dheere bolo mere kaan kharab ho jayenge ( What is it rudra?? Why have you been shouting so much? Speak slowly my ear drums will burst)

Slowly all the other members of the family also come out…and are confused to see the ever so lively rudra shouting in such a rage

Rudra ( angrily) : Shut up!! How dare you??? tumahri mere hi ghar main meri he bhabhi pe hukum chalaane ki himaat kaise hui???? ( How dare you Boss around my SIL in my house??)

Swetlana ( laughing): tum abhi bache ho rudra…inn sab baton se door raho…samjhe?? ( you are a child rudra…. Stay away from all these issues…understood)

Shivay: ( siding with swetlana) haan rudra swetlana theek keh rahi hai…abhi tum chote ho…please inn sab baton main mat aao…aur haan wo baat khatam ho chuki hai ( Yes rudra..you are still young…Please stay away from all these issues..AND yes that discussion is over)

Rudra: no MR. SHIVAY SINGH OBEROI….it’s not over…it always doesn’t work the way you want it to….

Shivay is hurt because rudra took his full name instead of saying bhaiyaa.. so anika steps in says Rudra yeh kaise baat kar rahe ho tum apne bhai se…Mat bhoolo ki shivay job hi karte hain soch samjh kar he karte hain… ( RUdra how are you talking to shivay..HE is your elder brother…And whatever he does is always for the betterment of the family)

Rudra: please bhabhi aap inki side mat lijiye…aur gauri bhabhi se swetlana ke kamre ko saaf karwaane main konsi bhalayi chupi hui hai…( Please SIL you don’t side with him….and tell me What is the benefit in making gauri SIL clean swetlana’s room)

Anika is silent..
Rudra: dekha koi benefit nhn hai na ( see there is no benefit)….and turns around to swetlaana and says… aur tum yahan khadi khadi kiska mooh dekh rahi ho…tamasha nhn chal raha hai ki frees how dekhogi aur maze logi…apni had main rehna seekho…mehmaan banke aayi ho jaane ki tayiaari karo permanent banne ki koshish mat karo…samjh gyi ( And you?? What are you standing here for…There isn’t a free show going on here that you can watch and enjoy….Stay in your limits and get ready to leave…You came as a guest so don’t think about being here for forever…Understood??)

Swetlana: ( gritting her teeth) YOU??? How dare you insult me this much? I’m shivay’s business partner… and he got me here in this house

Rudra: yes I know he brought you here in this house…and I’m being polite with you for I know you are a business partner but if I get a slighlest doubt on your intentions trust me I will be worse nightmare of yours!!! And stop dreaming…Mr SSO got you here as a guest only…You aren’t fit and wrothy enough of being a permanent member of our family…That was why You were always my dad’s mistress and never was able to convince him to Marry you…so know your worth… and walks off leaving a fuming swetlana and amused shivay and tejvi behind
