Trigger Warning: Description of what what happened while he was drugged.

Cedric's P.O.V (Before Harry ran out)

"Can you explain to me what you did to him while he was drugged?" The lady lawyer asked. I froze and looked at Harry. His face was really pale.

"Objection relevance?" Blaise's lawyer asked. I let out my breath.

"Obviously he was under some kind of impression of what he needed to do. Please share with us what you did." She said.

"I don't want to. He's in the court room and he doesn't know what happened." I said. She turned to look at the people in the court. I saw her eyes land on Harry who looked very ill. She looked back at me and raised her eyebrow.

"He deserves to know. What did you do?"

"Answer the question son." The judge said. I took a deep breath.

"I found him in the library working on something so I decided to go talk to him, knowing I had the drug in the coffee, so I walked over to him. I said hello and sat down. We exchanged a few 'how are yous' and then I noticed he was getting tired. I offered him the coffee and when he refused, I offered it again. He took it and when it started working he told me he wasn't feeling well." I explained. "I took him to my room and put him on the bed after texting his boyfriend from his phone to pick him up. So I started to kiss him and we started making out. I positioned him so he was on top of me. His boyfriend came in and got upset. After he left I got on top of him and started to undress him." I kept eye contact with everyone but Harry. "Once we were both fully naked, I started to pursue him sexually. I- I penetrated him-" I started but Harry leaving caught my eye. Draco ran right after him and I stopped talking.

Draco's P.O.V

Harry was running fast and I heard him heaving. He ran right into the bathroom as I was right on his tail. I saw him doubled over a toilet in one of the stall. I ran in and rubbed his back. He was spitting up and tears were drenching his face. I heard others join us but I just focused on Harry.

"It's okay Harry, let it out." I rubbed his back. When he finished coughing and heavy he looked at me. His bottom lip was trembling so I wrapped him in a hug and he cried into my neck. "Shh let it out angel." I hushed. He was trembling so I held him tighter. "I'm here. I'll be here." I hushed and kissed his head.

"C-can w-we leave?" He asked.

"Yes come on." I said. I gently lifted Harry up from the ground and he clung to my side. He buried his face into my side as I gently led him out of the bathroom. Sirius, Hermione and Ron were standing outside.

"We're leaving." I said gently.

"Of course." Sirius said.

"They're postponing the trail anyway; Cedric refused to speak any long until he knows Harry is okay." Hermione said and I nodded.

"Well obviously he's not and I don't know how long it'll take him to relax." I said. "If they ask, tell his Harry is not speaking to anyone." I said and they nodded. "C'mon Kitten, let's go back." I said. I felt him nod and we walked towards the door. Reporters were outside and they were trying to get us to comment. We got through them and we got in the car.

"Harry, are you alright?" Sirius asked and he shook his head.

"We should talk when we get back to the hotel." I said. Sirius nodded and I still felt Harry's tears drenching my suit. "Harry, I'm putting my hand on your head." I said. He tended to flinch a lot more when he was upset. He didn't answer so I just gently stroked his hair. I felt him relax next to me so I sighed. "It's okay Harry, he's in jail and I won't let him hurt you." I promised and kissed his head. We pulled up to the hotel and I got out with Harry still clung to my side. His face was still nuzzled into my chest. Once we got to our hotel room, Harry took off his suit and put on sweats. He crawled into bed. Sirius and I just stared at him as he stared at the floor. I walked over to him and kneeled next to him.

"You need to talk to me Harry." I said sternly. "I don't want you bottling up your emotions any longer, what are you thinking?" I asked.

"H-how could anyone do that to me?" He asked and I let out a sigh of relief. I didn't think my speech would get him to talk.

"I don't know Harry but he's in jail and he'll be there for awhile." I said. "What are you feeling?"

"Anger, sadness and just plain upset." He said and I nodded. I kissed his head.

"We don't have to go back to the trials." I said. "You don't have to think about it. You don't have to think about him anymore." I told him. "I won't let him hurt you anymore." I promised and he nodded.

"What if they ask me to testify?" He asked me and I shrugged

"You do whatever you need to do and I will be here. I won't leave your side my love." I said and he nodded. "I love you Harry, I love you a lot." I said and he smiled. He grabbed my face and pulled me into a kiss.

"I love you more." He said and I smiled.

"So you'll be alright Harry?" Sirius asked and Harry looked at him.

"Yes as long as Draco is here." He said and Sirius nodded.

"I'm gonna order something for lunch and I want you to eat." He said and Harry nodded. "Alright, I'll be right here." Sirius said pointing to the couch and we nodded. I stripped of my suit and got into to the bed next to Harry. He snuggled up to me and I turned on the TV.

"What are we watching?" He asked.

"Whatever you want." I whispered. "We can rent a movie."

"Can we watch Beauty and the Beast?" He asked and I smiled. That was the first movie we saw together.

"Of course." I said and I ordered the movie. Just as it started playing our lunch came. Sirius gladly brought it to us, Grilled cheese and tomato soup. I watched Harry pick at which he only does when he's upset. Sighing to myself, I brought the sandwich to his lips. He looked at me and I raised one of my eyebrows. He nodded and took a bite. He chewed it and swallowed. I continued until he was finished. When he did I smiled and gave him an Eskimo kiss. He ate his soup on his own as we watched beauty and the beast. As I felt my eyes grow heavy, I cuddled closely to Harry.

Harry's P.O.V

Draco fell asleep on my shoulder and I smiled. He made me feel so safe and even when he was sleeping, I felt comforted. My phone started ringing so I gently picked it up.

"Hello?" I whispered. I looked and Sirius was sleeping as well.

"Mr. Potter, it's the defense attorney on Mr. Zabini's case." She said.

"Oh how may I help you?"

"First off, how are you? You ran out of the courtroom pretty upset." She said.

"I was sick to my stomach that someone would actually take advantage of me like that. Someone I thought I could trust. Obviously you didn't care how I felt at the time because you wouldn't have pushed the subject."

"If I didn't care I wouldn't be calling.'

"You want me to testify." I said directly.

"Yes I do because I feel your testimony would really put Zabini behind bars, you are the victim."

"Exactly which is why I rather not relive it." I hissed annoyed.

"Mr. Potter, listen, you want to see Zabini behind bars correct?"

"Yes."

"Then you should testify."

"Why would I say? My side of the story, I didn't know he was plotting until my boyfriend told me." I said and then relaxed. "Fine I will testify but it will be when I'm ready, how long do I have?" I asked and she sighed.

"About a week." She said. "Will you be okay to testify?"

"I believe so but I don't want to be there long." I said. "I'm not staying for the ruling I wish to leave as soon as possible."

"Yes alright that works. Good day."

"Yeah." She said and we hung up.

"You handled that well." I heard a voice.

"Oh, thank you Sirius." I gave a small smile.

"Are you going to testify?" He asked and I nodded. "I think that's for the best." He said.

"I guess." I shrugged. "I'll be okay I think; I want people to know how I feel."

"Do whatever you want cub." He said and I smiled.

"Thank you Sirius."

"Anything for you." He winked and I chuckled. Draco started stirring and he jolted awake inhaling sharply.

"Kitten, is everything okay?" He asked and I chuckled.

"Yes puppy, let's go back to sleep." I said.

"What were you two talking about?" He asked.

"We'll talk about it later, just cuddled with me." I said and he did just that. Instead I rested my head on his chest. "I love you Draco."

"I love you too Harry." He yawned and kissed me. I slowly closed my eyes as I heard Sirius slowly leave through the door.

"Alright so where do you wanna go look?" Draco asked as we roamed the city looking for apartments.

"I don't know. You're the one who knows this place better." I said and he nodded. We hopped in a cab. He said something to the cabbie and he drove us to the Upper East Side. "Babe, isn't this a little expensive?"

"Nothing we can't manage." He smiled. We paid the cabbie and then got out. Draco pulled me into one and asked if they were renting out apartments. The receptionist nodded and asked if we'd like to see one. The main lobby was really nice and I was looking around until Draco tugged on my arm causing me to flinch. "Sorry kitten but we're checking out the room." He said. I nodded and another lady showed us around.

"Hello I'm Barb. I'm the realtor." She stuck out her hand and again I flinched

"S-sorry." I stuttered.

"Not to worry." She gave a small smile. "We're going up to the eighth floor. It had one bedroom and one bathroom. Is that alright?" She asked.

"It's perfect." Draco smiled taking my hand in his. She smiled and we walked into the elevator. We got up to floor and walked down the hall.

"It's right here." She opened the door and my eyes widened. It was pretty big for an apartment. On your left you had the kitchen which had all the appliances ready.

"Are the appliances included?" Draco asked.

"Yes they are. Everything you see here is already. You'll just need to buy furniture for you room like a mattress or couches." She suggested. We walked through the door and she pointed to a closed closet. She opened the door and it revealed a small washer and dryer.

"So everything here is included?" I asked.

"Right you are sir." She led us into the kitchen which wasn't fairly big but not small either. It had a good amount of counter space and on the other side there were stool to sit at the counter. She led us to the living room which had a big window looking down at the streets. It seemed like a nice view. We went down a small hall and she opened the door to the bathroom, which was a nice size. "It's fairly small but it's just the two of you." She said. "Shall we see the bedroom?" She asked pointing to another closed door.

"Sure." Draco smiled. She opened the door and it was pretty big, not as big as Draco's rooms but bigger than the dorm rooms and my room back as home.

"This could fit a queen sized bed or anyone you wants. It will also fit anything else since it's just you two." She said. "What do you think?"

"Can you give us a moment to decide?" Draco asked and she smiled.

"Yes of course." She said and walked out of the room.

"So?" Draco smiled turning to me.

"What do you think?" I asked.

"I like it... a lot actually and it's affordable." He said and I nodded.

"I like it too." I smiled. "Can we get it?"

"Yes!" He said and hugged me. I chuckled and hugged him back. We walked back into the living room. "How much is the rent?"

"Two thousand a month." She said.

"Okay we'll put a down payment on it. When can we move in?" We asked and she smiled.

"You can move in as soon as the paperwork goes through, just give us first month's rent and it's yours." She said. Draco smiled and quickly took out his check book. He wrote out a check for the rent and gave it to her. "Congrats on your new apartment gentlemen."
