Y/N forgotten about their birthday as Nezuko & Tanjiro are not with her. She couldn't spend time with her big brother and her twin sister too.

You then start to draw a picture of Nezuko, Tanjiro and yourself in the picture even, saying, 'Happy Birthday' in her writing so she could give it to her twin sister if, she ever see her again.

Leo, Donnie, Mikey and Raph were playing with each other on the arcade games. Leo was trying to beat Donnie as he was winning.

"Come on, Leo. Just give up already. I'm already winning!" Donnie said to Leo as he was getting annoyed. "Quit distracting me! I know what you're trying to do! And, it's not working!!" Leo said as he continues to fight Donnie in the game.

"Hey, Mikey? Where's Y/N? I see her with us" Raph said to Mikey as he realised as well. "Oh. I didn't know. I'll see her if, she's okay" Mikey said as he went to check on Y/N. When Mikey saw Y/N was asleep peacefully on the floor.

"Awww! Y/N was sleeping" Mikey said as he quickly puts a blanket on top of her. Then Mikey saw a picture of herself and other two people with. Plus, there were two Y/N's. Mikey picks up the drawing of the picture and saw the writing saying, 'Happy Birthday to her and her sister' too.

"Huh? Happy birthday? Wait... today is 'December 28th' meaning, it's Y/N's birthday... huh, well that's nice to know"

"Omigosh!! It's Y/N's Birthday!?" Mikey said in shocked tone as he quickly went to his three older brothers. "Leo! Raph! Donnie!!" Mikey said as Leo & Donnie stopped playing on the arcade game. Even, Raph looked at him in confusion too.

"Mikey? What's wrong? Why are you freaking out?" Raph asked in confusion as Leo & Donnie stared at Mikey. "Guys! I just discovered something on December 28th!" Mikey said to them as the three other turtles were still confused.

"Come on, Mikey. Spirit out. What's so important on December 28th?" Donnie asked in confusion. "IT'S Y/N BIRTHDAY TODAY!!" Mikey said as Leo, Donnie & Raph had a shocked expression on their faces after Mikey told them.

"What!? It's cutie's birthday!? How did we not know!?" Leo asked as he was shocked & confused too. "Guys! Remember? Y/N's a men-eating Demon! Meaning, she can't remember when her birthday is" Donnie said to them.

"But, Y/N somehow remembered it's her birthday! So, she must be slowly, remembering!" Mikey said happily to them. "Okay, boys! We have a new mission! Operation on, making a surprise birthday party for Y/N!" Raph said to them as three of them agreed with him.

"I'll call, April. I think, she's going to want to join with us" Donnie said as he started to call for April.

Y/N was waking up from her sleep as she saw a blanket on her. Then she realised, the lair was quite. Too quiet. She couldn't hear, the four ninja turtles playing even, fighting as well.

"Hmmmm?" Y/N hummed through her bamboo muscle as she started to look for them. She couldn't find them anywhere, then she come to a dark room as the light was not on for some reason.

When Y/N turned on the lights until she saw everyone in the room as they surprise to her.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N!!"

Y/N stared at everyone in shocked and confused at the same time, while April was hugging her happily.

"It's your birthday, Y/N! I just found a drawing of you even, saying it's your birthday too!" Mikey said happily to them. "It took a long time to gather some things to surprise you, Y/N. But, it was worth it!" Leo said as Donnie rolled his eyes at him.

"Okay! I'm going first! Come with me, Y/N!" April said as she took Y/N to a different room. Leo, Donnie, Mikey & Raph were waiting for them until April came back with Y/N as she wears a beautiful dress.

"Wow, April. Where did you get that dress from??" Raph asked in amazement to April. "I found this in a random shop. I forgot what the shop is called but, I'm just glad I buy it" April said to them with a smile.

Y/N hummed happily as she loved the dress until Raph came to her with his gift.

"Here, Y/N. I hope you like this gift. I didn't know which one to get you so I got you this instead" Raph said in his nervous tone as Y/N unwraps paper until she saw it was a cute polar bear plushie.

Y/N's eyes sparkle of her gift from Raph as she begins to hug her new cut plushie. Raph blushes from her cuteness until Donnie was next.

"Can you close your eyes for a second, Y/N?" Donnie said as Y/N stared at him in confusion until she closed her eyes, while waiting. Donnie then placed a Japanese hairpin in Y/N's hair as he smiled at her. "Okay, you can open them" Donnie said as he held up a mirror to show her gift.

Y/N saw a beautiful hairpin in her hair as it was sparkling beautifully.

Y/N hummed at happily of her new hairpin until Leo pushes Donnie to the side as he landed on the floor hardly.

"LEO! WHAT THE HECK!?" Donnie said in his annoyed voice as he wanted to tackle him down. "You're okay, Donnie. Anyways! Here's my gift, cutie~" Leo said as she stared at Leo in confusion, while she opens her gift to reveal...

A beautiful snow globe.

Y/N stared at her gift as the snow globe was so beautiful, it reminds her of her home because of the cherry blossom trees.

"Master Splinter helped me out because, he knew where that was... so, yeah" Leo said as Y/N loved the snow globe, while she shake it lightly. Then she saw Mikey, who looks upset of something as he held the gift. Y/N came towards Mikey as he gets freaked out, while hiding his gift behind his back.

"O-Oh! Hey, Y/N! Are you not hanging out with them??" Mikey asked as she tilted her head in confusion, while he was trying to hide it from her. "Mikey. Don't be nervous, I think she's going to love your gift" April said to Mikey as he feels worried.

"I don't know... Here you go, Y/N... here's my gift" Mikey said as he gave his gift to Y/N. Then started to unwrap her gift as she opens the box until...

There was a mini plushie version of Leo, Mikey, Donnie & Raph.

Y/N stared at the four cute plushies as her eyes sparkles in happiness. She hummed in happiness as she hugged Mikey as well.

"Wow, Mikey! Did you actually made us into plushies?" Leo asked as he, Donnie & Raph was shocked and amazed of this. "Yeah, I wanted to surprise her. It took a lot time to make them" Mikey said as he blushes from this.

"I think, Y/N loves your gift the most, Mikey" April said as Y/N hugged four of the mini plushie version of themselves. "I'm actually feeling jealous..." Leo said to himself as April, Mikey, Donnie and Raph just smirked at him.
