"Weren't you a little too hard on him?" Softpaw meowed worriedly. "No, Wolfie can take a beating." Suntail wrapped his tail around Softpaw's and immediately the cat felt warm inside. "Let's go to Sunrocks, Softpaw!" "Okay!" Softpaw purred and forgot about Wolfheart.

A little later they were lying on the sun-warmed stones. Her back was against Suntail's stomach. The tomcat licked her head. "I have something to tell you, Softpaw-"

He was interrupted by a silver blur that pushed him to the ground. The cat laughed and Softpaw knew immediately who it was, it was Silverleaf! "Haha! And then you call yourself the most observant cat in the forest?!"

Silverleaf pushed Suntail's head against the stones. Suntail growled and jumped to his feet. "You should learn to act more like a true warrior instead of a kit."

Softpaw jumped over and gave him a cup. "Are you OK?" she asked, her voice hoarse with concern.

"Yes, but I have to talk to someone now...Goodbye!" He ran away. And left a surprised Softpaw behind.

Softpaw smiled dreamily, so she didn't notice that Silverleaf had come closer. The she-cat sat down with her face next to Softpaw's and said. "He's in love with you. Softpaw and Suntail! Softpaw and Suntaaaail! Lalalaalalala!!" She laughed and jumped around the Sunning Rocks. Softpaw remained seated, she looked at the cat and put a paw in front of her face.

She looked back at her friend and stepped aside, causing Silverleaf to come closer again and chuckle.

Suntail ran through the forest and came across Wolfheart. /Perfect/ he thought.

"Come along, Wolfie! I have something to show you..." "Don't call me that..." The tom growled. "Oh, oh. Is Wolfie angry again?" Taunted Suntail. Anger and hatred welled up in the black tom's body, he snarled. "I said DON'T CALL ME THAT!!!!!!" Wolfheart, claws outstretched, lunged at his clanmate and pinned him to the ground. Suntail looked up in alarm, but his expression quickly changed. "Hehe..You'll never get her anyway." The tom pushed Wolfhart away.

In a flash, large, red drops of blood fell onto the ground, Suntail had given him a large wound on his jaw. The golden tom grinned, his eyes bloodshot and crazed for a second. He stretched out and walked back to camp, his tail swishing and his claws scratching the ground.

Wolfhart stood there in amazement, the blood from his wound continued to flow and had already stained the leaves red. /No...I have to warn Softpaw!/
