In the year 2750, civil unrest was at an all time high and a new world war was impending. Nuclear weapons were fired, spreading destruction and ruin through out the world. The radiation spiked and disease riddled the land and swept through the cities like a plague. Now, thirty years after the war has ceased, the disease still claims the lives of many. Scientists and doctors have developed a serum to fight of the disease, a temporary relief but not a cure. Those of higher breeding are the only ones who can afford this miracle,  while those in the lower class and the slums are left to die. But, in the shadows, there is a light for those in the dark. Runners. A savior for those with no hope, as they fight to bring the serum to those in need.
