Hey everyone and WELCOME to my secret episode of the SECOND VOLUME of RWBY: (Genius Gamer Shadow) Ex-Aid Reader x Ruby Rose! I kind of had an idea on placing a Secret Ending into this so that the following volumes, things will be really interesting with cliffhangers, plot twists, and many more. Hope you like this Secret Ending for Volume 2. So, to recap once again, I DO NOT OWN RWBY AND I DO NOT OWN KAMEN RIDER EX-AID!! RWBY is owned by RoosterTeeth and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid is owned by Toei. So, now sit back, enjoy and LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!!!

*Hits gong real hard that it caught on fire*

Me: Okay, now it's the time to PANIC!!!!! (Waving my hands while running while looking for a fire extinguisher)

Time: night (12.30am) 

Location: Courtyard, Beacon Academy

My POV:

It was 12:30am on my scroll as I was about to rap up my Private Training that I always do at the stroke of midnight. The night sky was shimmering with stars with a shattered moon and the cool breeze blew at me as I end my training for the Vytal Featival which is coming up in a few weeks time. I sighed as I looked at Beacon Tower.

Me: (sighs) Nothing like a good breezy night to do training. Man, wish it would always be like this. Well, time to go to bed now.

I placed my weapon at my back as I started to leave the courtyard to my Dorm room to have a good nights rest. As I walked, I heard a soft whisper calling out my name.

???: Shadow.... shadow....

I stopped at my tracks as I swiftly turn around to look behind me to see no one behind.

Me: Bah! Could be Cardin and his Team's trickery once again.

I assumed that it was Cardin and his Team that was calling out to me but, that proved to be the opposite as the same voice called out to me, but this time, it was a woman's voice.

???: shadow.... shadow....

This time, I had enough and drew Parablade and conjoured an ice sword out.

Me: Okay, bub! ENOUGH GAMES, Identify yourself! Cardin, you out there?! You and your team should knock it off as this isn't funny!! Ruby?! Is that you?!

While I was looking around my surroundings in a paranoid way, I suddenly heard the voice giggle, much to my surprise, and to my big surprise, it was a girl's voice too.

???: (giggling) Come on, Shadow... you would never forget about your childhood friend now do you? Me and the other three met you before, remember?

Me: (puzzled look) Huh? Okay, now hold on, tran you're not making sense here. Why talk about my childhood friend when she is still on her missioooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuwwwhhhhaaaaaaaat!?!?! (Dumbfounded look on my face)

???: (giggling) you're dumbfounded look always makes me laugh when you were 6, shadow.

Me: Wait, Amber! Is that you?

Amber: Yes, it's me. Sorry I gave you a little suspicion about those bullies and that friend of yours. But there's no time as to know how I'm doing this now. We have to hurry!

I was shocked to hear Amber's voice. But when she said that there is no time to explain and hurry, that made me worry.

Me: Wait, wh-what's going on?! Why hurry?

Amber: I will explain along the way. Right now, head to Beacon Tower and take the elevator.

Me: (Feeling a little bit suspicious) Why?

Amber: ... Because I want to tell you the truth on something to where I've been this whole time.

After hearing what she said, I was in utter shock. Like, that time I thought of her while she was out in missions and the times she visits me once a week. But that stopped thinking that her mission may take long. In the past I thought of what may have happened to her, why she didn't come visit and wonder if she will be alright. So, I answered as I nod my head.

Me: Okay. Since you want us to hurry, let us be off now to Beacon Tower, now!

Amber: Right.

And with that, I quickly took off towards Beacon Tower while Amber's voice started to talk to me about one mission that she nearly didn't make it out, alive.

At Beacon Tower,

I reached the entrance doors of the tower as I made my way towards the elevator. Just as told and was about to press the 'up' button, but Amber told me otherwise.

Amber: Stop. Press the 'down' button.

Me: Ummm... okay?

I soon pressed the 'down' button. Then, the elevator doors opened and I entered as its doors closed behind me as it descends down to somewhere after being told to press the lowest level of the Tower which is way below the ground.

Me: So, three people ambushed you, and took away your power?

Amber: Yes. But only one did, the rest just helped her out.

Me: But, who or... what did this to you?!

Amber: That... will be explained soon after you arrive.

I nod at her answer as the elevator that I am at is still descending towards the lower ground level.

Amber: I-I'm sorry that I worried you back then...

Me: Don't worry, it's fine. I forgive you, as after all, we are friends since childhood, right?

Amber: T-thank you.... shadow....

*ding*

As I heard a single sound play in elevator to tell me that I am already here. Then, the elevator doors open and I saw an extremely huge and dark corridor being lit up with wall torches. I was quite nervous about this until Amber's voice told me to do the last objective.

Me: Okay, so.... now what?

Amber: Walk straight. Don't turn either left, or right. Just keep walking straight. And you will see what is laid there.

Me: Okay....? Umm... Amber, are you sure you are feeling okay? You kinda feel worried due to how you talk.

After asking that question, I heard no answer from Amber.

Me: Amber? Amber! Ambie?! (Sigh) aww well, let's start walking straight, then.

After calling out her name, I decided to walk straight, as instructed. It took a few minutes to get to where Amber wanted me to go after passing the cross-section where she told me not to turn either left or right. As I walked, I stopped at my tracks as I noticed some fine machinery at the far end of the huge corridor-like room.
I then cupped my hands around my eyes to form binoculars while my aura shines in a tint of dark blue (Bang Bang Shooting) so that I can see what that contraption really is. While looking at what it is, I noticed that there is someone inside the machine, which made me feel a little bit suspicious.

Me: There's something inside that machine.... hmmm.... something weird is going on.....

I focused a little more on the pod on the left to see who that really was in there. After examining it, my eyes widened in shock as the person in there, turned out to be Amber.

Me: Oh no... No no no no no no no no, No! NO! NOOOO!!!!! AMBER!!

I quickly ran towards the machine and stopped at my tracks again in front of the pod where Amber is laid.

Me: (noticed a contorl pad) This must be the control module that can activate the machine and its pods. Don't worry, Ambie! I'mma get you outta here!

I pressed random buttons on the control module that will open up the pods of the machine, but to no avail.

Me: Come on.... there should be a correct code for this.... unless.... i can overwrite it like how I used to do it in C.R. (eyes glow blue and red)

As my eyes glowed in two colours, I tried my best to override the system. It took a few long minutes before it was music to my ears that I finally overrided the system and the pods opened. I rushed in and carried Amber out from the pod, placing her head on my lap.

Me: Amber... it's okay. I'm here.... I'm here....

As I assured Amber that she will be fine, I watched her slowly waking up, weakly to see me. Then, she smiled.

Amber: Shadow.... you came....

Me: Well, anything for a childhood friend, Ambie.

Amber: Oh.... you....

Me: Anyway, what happened? Who did this? Who gave you that burnt mark??

Amber then tried to speak but I interrupted her by telling her to slow down.

Me: Ambie, slow down. Slow . down... you are out of breathe. So tell me, slowly.

Amber: A girl.... (tries to breathe) with green... hair.... manipulates people, things.... from past.... future.... and who you want to fight or.... who you want to be with.... The other.... protostatic.... legs.... he's a real.... (tries tobreathe again) tough person... for his age... and the last..... she.... stole my.... power with her Grimm cloth-like sleeve.... she uses.... glass manipulation.....

I was shocked that three people ambushed her and took some of her power. So, I quickly ask.

Me: Amber, listen to me. You are going to be okay. I will call C.R. so that they can do what we can to stablize you.

Amber: No, Shadow. This.... is already helping me... I think.... I'm better enough to walk but.... but they wouldn't let me due to my lack of power.

When I heard this, tears began pouring down like a waterfall from my sockets. Then, I started bawling due to the fact that there is nothing I can do to help her.

Me: I'm-I'm sorry... (Snifff) I'm sorry, Ambie....

Amber: Don't beat up yourself..... this... isn't your fault.... and neither is mine...

Me: I know.... but now, why call me down here?

Amber: huh.... Oh yes.... (tries to breathe) I called you not just for you to find me and figure out the truth about me and the other maidens... I called you because I heard you were chosen.... to wield all of the Maiden's Powers, Yes?

Me: That-that's correct.

Amber: (nods) I'm giving you a choice now.... are you.... ready to.... to have 10% of my power....??

I gave myself a thought to think. Will it be necessary to have her powers, or will it be necessary for her to keep her powers so that one can take it away from her and use it for evil. While I was in a train of thought, Amber interrupted my train of thought.

Amber: Don't worry, Shadow. I know you are now in doubt after seeing me in this.... state. I know you want me.... to keep my powers. It's wise and.... noble of you.... but.... if one like the.... tiro returns to steal all of my powers.... this will not end well.... So please.... take it.....

After hearing what Amber has to say, I broke down in tears, seeing that although Amber is alright for now, she may not have enoigh time to live. So, I answered.

Me: Okay... (sniff) Okay... But, I.... (sniff) will only take (sniff) 10% of your power, due to what I must do.

Amber: Thank you.... at least it's better than.... having all of it stolen... right??

Me: (wiping away my tears) Yeah... That's right. So,.... let us (sniff) begin.

I stood up while carrying Amber, bridal style as I placed her back into the pod she was in. Then, my aura glowed orange and blue (Mighty Brothers XX) and I split myself into two, creating two copies of myself.

Me 1: I will be in the pod.

Me 2: Okay, other me. I will... help with the controls.

And with that, I entered inside an empty pod while the other me started tapping on the control module to close up both Amber and my pod.

Me 2: Are you sure you are ready for this, me?

I, inside the pod was reluctant to answer, intead giving the other me a nod, which made him ask me again.

Me 2: I want to hear you say it.... please, bro. Do this for Ambie, please?

Me 1: (sighs) Yes. I'm.... ready. Just 10% of her power. No more, no less.

Me 2: Okay.

With that, the other me at the control module started tapping on buttons, to transfer 10% of Amber's power to me after pressing one more button the module.

Me 2: 10% transferring to you now!

Me 1: Alright.

It took only just over a minute to have that power transferred to me. Luckily it wasn't too straineuous for me and Amber to bare as it is not so much of power being transferred. Once the transfer was done, the other me pressed several buttons and the pod that I am in opened and I exited out, while merging the other me back to my one whole-self. I looked at Amber who is now inside her pod for one last time as I pressed several buttons to close up the empty pod.

Amber: Thank you.... Shadow....

Me: (nods) Your most welcome... Ambie. I-I must go now.... I-I'm sorry....

Amber: Don't be.... you were chosen well.... to guard our.... powers safely,... after all...

Me: I know, Ambie. (I turned around as Iwas about to leave) I will come visit you when I'm free, okay?

Amber: thank... you.... Shadow. I-I'll see you.

After the deed is done, I quickly then walked away from the machine towards the elevator, not wanting anyone to know of my presence. Once I entered the lift, going back up to the lobby level, I closed my eyes and opened them again to reveal fire-like streaks coming out from my eyes that are blue (Right eye), orange and yellow (Both at my left eye).

Me: Whoever you three are... you will pay for this. And you're gonna wish you haven't done that to Amber.... I will find you, and I will bring you to Justice!! However, Justice will not be implemented by the Council or The Academies, this time, I will do it "MYSELF"!!!
