Today, I am going to review to you my other OC that zombienitro02 and I have been planning so far for the upcoming war against Salem and Thanos (A/N: I'm making this short as you already knew which volumes and movies I'm talking about.) and Another Decade. So, without further ado, let's get this started by once again, introducing to you, zombienitro02's other OCs which goes by the name of Jigen Neku aka, Kamen Rider Decade NEO - NEO 21 Complete Maō.

I know you have seen this OC before in my other OC Book. But trust me. There is a reason for it, which was why I updated his OC here. So before we start this OC or as we begin, let's give zombienitro02, A HELL YEAH!!!!!!!

(A/N: Kamen Rider Decade NEO - NEO 21 Complete Maō. Several difference on this form. As stated at the third picture above this one, Replace the normal Decade-Driver to Decade-Driver NEO. K - Touch 21 will have Purple veins covering parts of the K - Touch 21 to give it the Demon King-like look. His eye-visors will be bright red. The cards on top of his head and on his chestplate showing Rider Cards comprising Kuuga to Zero-One will be replaced by Rider Cards comprising of Kuuga to Zero-One's Supreme/Ultima forms from the 21 OCs listed in this book. For the lower arms and legs, the grey parts (A/N: Excluding the front Magenta leg armour parts.) will have a blend of Magenta, and his feet will have magenta foot claws emerging from them to give it the Demon King-like look. Finally, this form will have a pair of wings comprising the powers of Kuuga to Zero-One's Supreme/Ultima forms and a dress skirt below his waste to give it the Kamen Rider Chronus vibe for the grey to be outside of the skirt and Magenta to be inside of the skirt.)

About the Decade Gauntlet:

The Decade Gauntlet wields the powers of the Soul Stone to create and destroy heroes/villians. Some say its abilities were revealed and some,..... are yet to be revealed.

Semblance names:

1. Fury

Ability - Basically it activates Decade NEO Violent Emotion Form when he is angry, his stats are highly different when he activates his Semblance

Trivia: Although he doesnt know about his age, family and where he lives due to his world and timeline being destroyed by the wrath of Oma Zi-O, he still lives independently, even though he was fostered for a few years until that timeline was erased when Oma Zi-O tried to destroy him due to the fact he was the last survivor of the Timeline he was born in. However, before he escaped from Oma Zi-O's wrath, he found several special items called the Ride-Booker filled with Rider cards and Decade-Driver NEO. He then used them to escape the destruction which caused his other timeline to be destroyed. So, Jigen decided to to be a dimensional traveller to train harder and become more powerful, morepowerful enough to find more powers, monsters to slay, hunt down Oma Zi-O for his actions for destroying his timelines and for causing him not to know his age and family.
