Today, I am going to review to you my other OC that Barry_Allen_Snow and I have been planning so far for the upcoming war against Salem and Thanos (A/N: I'm making this short as you already knew which volumes and movies I'm talking about.) and Another Decade. So, without further ado, let's get this started by introducing to you, Barry_Allen_Snow's other OCs which goes by the name of Shoji Takiyama aka, Kamen Rider Diend NEO - NEO Complete Tenshi.

So before we start this OC or as we begin, let's give Barry_Allen_Snow, A HELL YEAH!!!!!!!

In this form, it can only be used when the K - Touch NEO is present and a Rider Card that has G3, Knight, Kaixa, Garren, Ibuki, Gatack, Zeronos and IXA symbols on it. And for this form, there are several changes. The Rider Cards on this form will be replaced to G3X, Knight Survive, Kaixa Breaker, Garren Fusion Jack, Ibuki, Gatack Hyper, Zeronos Zero, and Rising IXA Rider Cards. This form will have a pair of Angelic Wings comprising with G3, Knight, Kaixa, Garren, Ibuki, Gatack, Zeronos and IXA's powers. His lower arms and legs like Decade Maõ, will have a blend of cyan to it and his eye-visors will be bright crystal blue to it. Like Decade Maõ, he will also have a dress skirt, black to be the outside, and blue to be inside the skirt.)

Trivia: Shoji never had a kind childhood, not does he remember when he had a childhood. He lived in constant fear and worry. His parents treated him like scum, a slave more worthless then how slaves go. But, it satisfiy his life so he could have some normalcy, he began to steal. It became a habit that he just loved. But after his death, he found himself revived and among Ozpin. Of course the headmaster tried convincing him to stop his stealing ways but ended up nearly having his staff stolen by the thief over 20 times. Other then that, the two got along yet they rarely knew each other. Sometime after Beacon's fall, he finds the the diend drivers at the death of the previous blue rider
