Hey fam, so first up a surprise doodle gift(?) for CryingMeth for being such an incredibly loving and supporting friend hehe ❤️❤️ lol and I 'question mark' the gift cos it's rly incomplete rip but hope you like it anyhow!!

Now on to the journal - it seems I'm a lazy kid plus I have a quite a few time constraints so I wasn't able to meet the every 2 day update dateline I set for myself lol. So I'll just put the rest of the journal here. Hope you enjoy! XD

Day 6&7 we arrived in Kyoto/Osaka in the tour, so we went around looking at traditional buildings, shrines etc. But tbh most of the tour time was spent in the bus (so yeah I don't really recommend tours lol cos I felt I wasted a lot of time there)

We also went to a kimono factory place where we saw the history and how they made kimonos as well as watched a kimono model performance ahah

This place was gorgeous 😍 but very very hot and humid

Osaka Castle

On the last night we were given a really cool traditional Japanese experience dining at a 'Japanese Banquet' wearing Yukatas haha I think that was the highlight of this tour

Day 8
So once again we were free from the tours and got to venture around Osaka and Kyoto ourselves - which was amazing, tiring but amazing 😍

So essentially we took a train from Osaka to Nara Park to see the deers and omg they are my spirit animal I swear

They are such gorgeous creatures and amazingly friendly like they just walk up to you and around you and it's adorable. Plus they were everywhere on the streets!

Lol reminded me of pied piper of hamelin when they were following the boy around 😂😂

Day 9
This day was spent in Kyoto as we had two destinations we rly wanted to go and see; Inari Mountain and Arashiyama

So Inari Mountain is rly famous for its bright orange torii gates and it was an amazing site to see

Top of the mountain Destination goals hehe I swear it was a 3 hr climb up this mountain rip but at least it was shaded by trees and the torii gates XDD

Arashiyama on the other hand is famous for its bamboo grove as well as the monkey park and other temples however we spent too long in Inari Mountain so we only got to visit the bamboo grove and walk to the monkey park. Unfortunately when we reached the park, it was closed ripppp but we say this amazing river area along the way so it was all g

And I took a sneak duh peek peek photo inside the vending machine lmao I was curious and I saw this guy open it to fill it with drinks again so I took a quick zoomed in snap lolol

Rippp so apparently I've almost reached the 20 pic per chap limit so I'll have to end the journal here ;w;

But yeah so the tenth day was basically shopping around Takashimaya in Osaka and prepping for our night flight back to Australia!

And yes, I'm currently writing from home lol since I've just come back from the airport plus I have school tomorrow kms but would totally 10/10 recommend going to Japan if you are able to!
