Shivika were completely busy for the following days. Anika took a leave for office which made Shivaay sad but he understood her. Anika is very much busy with her works but used to talk to him whenever she finds right time.

There were two days for engagement and Shivaay called Anika at the evening after he sat back in car.

S: Hi jaan!

A: Hii Shiv...How was your meeting?

S: It's good jaan..You know I was missing you so much in office..

A: I am also missing you Shiv!

S: Iska solution hai mere paas! We will meet today..

A: Shiv...please no! Nani and nanu would be arriving at night..Unhone dekh liya toh bohot bada problem ho jayega..

S: Jaan trust me...We will be back before they reach your place..Please!

A: Okay!

S: Perfect lets meet at my flat..Will be at your place in 20 minutes!

A: Drive safe bhagad billa!

S: Okay!

Anika got ready and after he reached her home, he called her. She bid bye to Jeevika who teased her completely but warned her to be on time before their nanu and nani reach. Anika nodded and moved towards his car. He got down and hugged her tightly.

S: You look beautiful!

Anika smiled and mouthed thanks. He opened the car door for her and she sat down. He moved to his side and began to drive the car. She rested her head on his shoulder.

S: Tired?

A: I think I have to ask you that question Shiv!

S: You are with me right..Now I am not feeling tired.

A: Cheesy Singh Oberoi!

Both giggled. He held her right hand and kissed on the knuckles. She blushed and smiled. Anika then talked about some preparations and he nodded. He can understand her tone of excitement from her voice. He giggled seeing her antics. Soon they reached his flat and entered elevator.

S: Anu..close your eyes!

A: Why?

S: Shh..Stop showering questions!

He placed his hand on her eyes and his other hand on her waist pulling her close.

A: Shiv..what are you doing?

S: Kaha tha na...romancophilia!

Anika giggled. Both of them reached the entrance of his flat and he slowly removed his hands. Anika opened her eyes and she was surprised seeing the name board near the door. Their couple name, Shivika was written on the name board. She moved forward and traced the name with her hand.

S: Liked it?

A: Loved it Shiv...But..

A lone tear passed from her eye. He turned her around and cupped her face.

S: You know na I hate these tears..

He wiped them with his thumb finger.

S: You remember what I said when I brought you here...I told you that this house holds our memories..Isiliye meine aisa kiya hai..

She hugged him and he hugged her back tightly. She took her mobile and he got confused.

S: Kya kar rahi ho?

A: Making our memory! Stand here!

Both of them stood at either side of the name plate and she took a selfie. Later both of them looked into each others eyes.

S: I promise you Anu..I will share my everything only with you!

A: Love you..

S: Love you too!

S: Andar chale?

Anika nodded and both of them moved inside. They sat down on the couch and he snuggled into her. She wrapped her hands around him.

A: Kya hua?

S: Kuch nahi...I was missing you since 4 days.

A: Only one month Shiv...I will be yours forever!

He nodded and pecked her cheek. She blushed and he made her face him.

S: You know something...you are beautiful!

A: Achanak compliment kyu?

S: Kyu? Nahi kar sakta?

A: Mr. SSO...these days you are being out of your character!

She giggled.

S: Mood spoiler!

He rubbed his nose against hers and she giggled. Not able to stand his gaze she pushed him gently and moved towards kitchen and turned back.

A: Want some kaali coffee?

He nodded like a kid. She smiled and started to prepare coffee for her along with his espresso. He slowly moved towards her and back hugged her. She gasped in surprise.

A: Shiv..kya kar rahe hai aap?

S: Nothing..you continue!

A: How will I work like this?

S: That's your problem..not mine!

He said and nuzzled his nose into her hairs. She is blushing deeply and tried to avoid his actions. He slowly traced his hair to one side and kissed her neck. She arched and closed her eyes. He smiled seeing his effect on her. Both of them stood there in the position for a while. Even the silence seemed to be more peaceful for both.

He slowly turned her towards him and she opened her eyes to get herself lost in his kanjee eyes. He looked into her lips and started to kiss her. She wrapped her hands around his neck and he laced her hands on her waist pulling her closer. After a while, they rested their foreheads together and he pecked her forehead.

S: This one is far better than espresso!

He winked and she rolled her eyes. She then prepared coffee and forwarded his cup to him. Both of them settled down on dining table. They had their coffee and Anika is continuously talking about engagement works. They spent around half an hour and they were disturbed when her phone rang. She attended the call and started to panic.

S: Kya hua?

A: Shiv...Viru is on his way to home with nanu and nani...I have to go! He will be there in 15 minutes..

S: Shh...relax! We will reach back before he comes home okay!

He kissed her forehead and then they started to drive back to her home. Anika is completely in panic mode.

S: Why are you panicking like this?

A: You don't know Shiv...When Viru's shaadi was going on nani never agreed bhai to meet bhabhi...She is very much strict in these matters! Drive fast bhagad billa!

Shivaay held her hand and she looked into his eyes.

S: Trust me....We will reach soon! Don't panic!

He drove fast and she was praying to God. He giggled seeing her antics. When they reached her home, Anika mumbled a quick good bye and ran to her home like an express train not giving him time to wish her back.

S: Crazy girl!

He started to drive back to his home when she messaged him. He stopped the car and opened their chat.

Everything is fine...Nanu and nani just reached home..Will talk to you at night...Cholly for not wishing you a proper good bye...Love you Shiv!

He giggled seeing her innocence.

Engagement Day:

Oberoi's and Vadhera's had decided that the engagement to be at Vadhera House folowed with a grand party to announce it to media at Oberoi Mansion.

Oberoi Mansion:

Everyone were moving here and there in the mansion. Shivaay got ready and Omru moved towards his room. 

Om: Shivaay you look great!

Ru: He is my brother after all!

ShivOm: Shutup Rudra!

Pinky and Jhanvi moved to his room. Shivaay took their blessings. Pinky is very much happy to see her heera beta wedding.

S: Mom..What happened?

Pin: Kuch nahi..Humesha happy's rehna!

Shivaay smiled and side hugged her.

Ru: Choti ma..don't be senti now! Oh my maata ho jayega!

Everyone giggled.

Jhanvi: We have to leave now..

Ru: Yes ma...My bhaiyya is much eager to meet my bhabhi!

Shivaay glared at Rudra and he ignored her. Later all assembled at living area. Dadi moved towards Shivaay and he took blessings from her. After taking the gifts, everyone started to move to Vadhera house.

Vadhera House:

The entire house is decorated like a bride and Anika is getting ready with Jeevika and Gauri's help.

G: Anu...None can save Shivaay bhaiyya today from you!

Jeevika and Gauri giggled while Anika blushed.

A: Kaash yaha Sona di and Dev jiju bhi hote..

J: Anu...don't feel sad...They will definitely come for marriage...Sona di asked me to tell you not to feel bad on your special day!

Anika nodded. Viren moved towards Anika's room.

V: Guys kitna late kar rahe hai tum sab? Woh log..

He stopped when he looked at Anika. He is shocked. Is she the same little girl he saw when she was sleeping peacefully in a small cradle, he thought. Anika moved towards him.

A: Viru..I look good right?

V: Shall I tell you truth or lie?

A: Lie!

V: You look like a big moti!

A: If I ask you tell me truth?

Viren cupped her face and kissed her forehead. She smiled.

V: You r looking like ma!

Viren got emotional and he hugged her tightly. She hugged him back. Viren quickly wiped his tears.

V: Guys...sab ready hai na...Rudra had called me...They had already started!

Gauri: Jiju..the bride is very much eager to meet her dulhe raja!

Everyone burst into laughter seeing Anika's flushed face. Anika is sitting in her room. Her heart started to beat heavily when she heard car horns indicating Oberoi's arrival. She wanted to go there but her nervousness is stopping her.

Avinash and Anika's bade papa and badi ma welcomed Obeori's inside. Shivaay is waiting for her. Rudra moved towards Shivaay.

Ru: Bhaiyya..don't be so desperate...Aa jayegi bhabhi!

Shivaay glared at Rudra. Everyone were escorted to garden area by Viren.

Pin: Viren beta...humari bahu kaha hai?

V: Aunty...abhi leke aata hoon!

Viren looked at Jeevika and she nodded. Bhavya also moved along with Jeevika and Gauri to her room.

J: Anu..we have to go now!

A: Bhabhi...mein bohot tensed hoon!

J: Everything is fine...Just take a deep breathe..

Anika took a deep sigh and drank some water.

Bhavya: Bhabhi...you look great..Shivaay bhaiyya is gone for sure..Let's go now!

They moved towards garden. Shivaay was shocked and his heart skipped a bit when he saw her. Words were not sufficient to describe how beautiful she was. Anika slowly looked into his eyes. The world stopped for both of them as they were lost in each other.

Anika moved towards Shivaay and he forwarded his hand to her. She smiled and locked their fingers.

S: Looking beautiful!

Anika blushed and looked down. Shivika were made to sit. Pinky moved forward and did aarthi for her. Dadi forwarded chunri and Pinky covered Anika's head with the veil. Shivaay's eyes never left her. Anika's badi ma moved towards Shivaay and did his aarthi.

Avi: Jeevika rings leke aao!

Jeevika nodded and brought the rings in a thali filled with rose petals.

Shivaay took her ring and looked at her. He forwarded his hand to her. She gave her left hand to him and he slowly slid the ring onto her finger not breaking their eye lock. She then took the other ring and he gave his hand to her. She slid the ring onto his ring finger. They are officially engaged from now. Everyone clapped for them.

S: Thank you for being my fiancee!

A: You didn't give any other choice Mr. Oberoi..

S: Acha..as if you are not interested in marrying me?

Anika giggled. Rudra took many photographs of the couple. Shivika stood up and took blessings from all the elders.

Ru: Bride and groom ke dance performance ke bina engagement complete nahi ho sakta hai!

Music was started and Shivaay gently pulled Anika towards him. She blushed and both of them danced forgetting about the world being lost in each other's eyes. Soon everyone started to dance.

S: Any thought of killing me Anu?

A: No...Aisa kyu poocha aapne?

S: Because you are killing me with your looks!

A: Flirty Singh Obeori!

Shivika giggled.

S: So..

A: So?

S: Mera daily gift?

A: Abhi nahi milega aapko!

S: Kyu?

A: kyunki yaha pe sab hai!

S: Iss problem ke liye ek solution hai...Meet me there..

He pointed one place.

A: Shiv..no!

S: Bye!

He took his phone and escaped from everyone. None noticed him as they were busy dancing.

A: Bhagad billa!

She tried to escape when Anika's nani stopped her.

Nani: Kaha jaa rahi ho?

A: Nani..woh..I am thirsty..Going to kitchen!

Nani nodded and Anika sighed in relief and escaped. Shivaay saw her coming and held her hand and pulled her towards him.

A: Stupid Singh Oberoi!

S: Meine kya kiya?

A: Nani ne mujhe pakad liya tha..

S: Acha relax..

He cupped her face and kissed her forehead. She smiled and held his hands that were holding her face.

S: Finally..we are engaged! Welcome to my life soon to be Mrs. Oberoi!

Anika smiled and looked down. She moved towards him and hugged him tightly. He hugged her back.

A: I love you Shiv!

S: Love you too!

He broke the hug and kissed her cheeks.

S: Zyada blush mat karna!

Just then Anika heard someone coming there and ran away before giving his daily gift. He too moved back and Omru were having a teasing grin on their faces seeing him.

S: What?

Ru: Bhaiya..we know you were busy with my bhabhi!

S: Shut up!

Rudra pouted. Everyone took photographs and Oberoi's left the place after having a hearty lunch.

Evening-Oberoi Mansion:

Vadhera's were welcomed by Oberoi's and Shivaay's gaze fell on Anika who is looking extremely gorgeous in a black off shoulder frock. He is looking dashing as always in a black tuxedo. Soon the press conference started and everyone were waiting for Shivika.

They held each other's hand and walked down the staircase. Everyone went awe with the couple. Anika looked everyone and looked back at him.

S: I am with you!

She smiled and he placed his hand around her waist. Shivaay then introduced Anika as her fiancee and the party started. The couple answered many answers that media had asked and the later everyone moved to dance floor. The party ended on a happy note.

Shivaay took Anika to his room and forwarded one box to her.

A: Kya hai isme?

S: Engagement gift!

Anika opened the box and there was a golden chain with a diamond pendent. She looked at him.

A: Shiv..

S: Mein bohot pyaar se laya tha tumhare liye..You have to accept it!

He took the chain from the box and moved forward. Setting her hair to one side he put on the chain around her neck and took her towards mirror. He back hugged her and rested his head on her shoulder. She placed her hands on his.

S: It's beautiful! But not more than mine!

A: Yours?

S: Ha..you r mine na! I was talking about you!

He pecked her cheek. They parted when they heard footsteps towards his room. Seeing Rudra, Shivaay frowned. Anika giggled seeing him.

S: Rudra..mujhe disturb karne alawa tujhe kuch aur kaam nahi hai kya?

Ru: Meine kya kiya? Mein toh bhabhi ke liye aaya tha..Bhabhi, Avinash uncle is waiting for you!

Anika nodded and left with Rudra leaving poor Shivaay behind. Anika and her family bid bye to Oberoi's. After reaching home, Anika called Shivaay and both of them talked till late night. Both of them slept thinking about each other.
