So add this to the this of OCtober for this year! I don't really know what to say about her...well, her name is Victoria and she's a peculiar (cause recently I'm like obsessing over this). Her peculiarity is something I'm still sort of deciding and it's a little hard to explain. The basis, she can control people, but like with commands. That's also possible through song....I'm thinking. So like she sings, it hypnotized people and then the people do whatever she thinks up in her mind. It's a little bit weird and I might change it completely at some point or FINALLY DECIDE ON EXACTLY WHAT SHE DOES!! The singing part might just be gone with and it's like a "parrot power." She says one thing and the person or persons she directed it at say it back then it happens.

Example,
Victoria walks up to a store and orders a sandwich at the counter. She believes it's too expensive so she simply says, "That'll be on the house ma'am!" to the person working the counter. He repeats it and she walks away with her free sandwich, thanking him. The man wasn't aware of what he was saying.

That thing. Although, it could be kind of useless in a battle from the standpoint of commanding people to say something is one thing, but making them do it is another. I'll write a character ID thing later when I have one, but you'll definitely be seeing more of her!
BUT DONT JUDGE CAUSE IM SO INDECISIVE AND HAVE TOO MANY IDEAS FOR HER IN MY HEAD!!
