With a sigh, I walked out the door of my house, starting the fifteen minute tread to the middle school. I wanted to get to school early today, after all, it was the first day. I sighed and walked in, receiving my schedule and walking over to my best friend, Seto. Our parents were friends before his died and my dad became abusive, and we've been best friends since we met. He practiced magic, which he also gets bullied for, while I just get bullied because I look 'Emo'. Which I'm not, for the record. He was wearing his usual grey sweatshirt with a red creeper face and purple hood, grey skinny jeans, grey gloves, and his third of the friendship necklace I got us in first grade. His was purple, mine was green. And our other friend, Jason, who we hadn't seen in years, had the orange piece. He moved in third grade. I took a look at the schedule I'd been given earlier on, comparing it to Seto's. He was mute, but that didn't stop him from. Expressing himself everyway he possibly could. I loved the guy, but damn, he had a lot to say for a guy with no voice. "Hey Seto. How're ya doin'?" I asked, receiving a thumbs up, then him pointing at me. "I'm fine." I said. Well, he apparently knows me better than I do, because he shook his head and dragged me to class, seeing as we had almost all the same classes. Well, this should be fun!!
