1. To get the Rest Our Body & Mind needs after a long Day full of new things & events

2. To Concentrate well ( cause when you're tired & sleepy - you can't concentrate. And Most of My Followers are School Age Kids - so it's especially vital for them to learn new things fast & Get Good Grades :) )

3. Not to be annoyed ( when you are tired - you're easily annoyed & we don't want it )

4. To be in a Good Mood! 😤 ( cause when you had enough sleep, you're Happier :) )

5. To Look Good ( Imagine yourself when you had enough sleep - & when you were Really Tired... - so, when did you look Better?  ^_~  - I guess you All will agree about the answer! 😉 : You look better when You're Not Tired :) )

6. To Grow & Develop well ( Again for School Kids )

7. Not to be Stressed ( cause when you're not tired - You're calmer :) )

8. To have Good Memory ( when you are tired you are more likely to forget things )

& 9. To let your Hormones work well
