I'm starting this book on March 15th 2018 ( - that is 12 days before my 13 Months on Wattpad :) ) 


*My Observations during My First Wattpad Year show that Such a book is Needed because some users Have Problems with falling asleep ( for other reasons than Good Energy Overload - as it sometimes happens in My Case - in Their case it's usually Too Much Stress, I guess )


🔷 And because I'm Helpful - I decided to find as Many Ways as Possible to help them fall asleep faster, sleep better & get up in the Morning without feeling tired 

- which can sometimes be achieved by doing a few simple things 

- and it can Improve their Good Night Sleep! :) 👍

- & make them feel Better during the Day! 😁👌



💠 In This Book I'm going to describe:

- My Ways to Sleep Well

- & some 'Good Sleep Advice' I'm going to find Online
