Meanwhile, at Enchancia Castle, Sofia had finally finished painting Hugo's guitar. Now that only thing left was to put the strings on.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.

"Enter," Sofia called.

The door opened, and in came, Amber, James, Hildegard, Clio, Zandar, and Derek.

"How's the guitar coming along, Sof?" James asked.

"I just finished painting it," Sofia replied. "Now all I have to do is put the strings on and tune it."

"Wow, it's beautiful," Clio smiled.

"You really made that?" Derek asked.

"Yes, and now I just need to put the strings on," Sofia smiled.

"But getting the guitar to make music will take a long time, Sofia," Hildegard noted. "Why can't you just buy a guitar from the music store?"

Sofia angrily stepped up to Hildegard and snapped, "Don't even think about making me quit and change my mind, Hildegard! It took me two months to put it together and another two months to paint it. I've been working hard on this guitar—don't talk me out of this."

Everyone was surprised that Sofia had snapped like that. She really wasn't as vulnerable as she used to be, and she was getting tougher—tough enough to stand up for herself.

"Well, friends and loved ones are worth working hard," Zandar smiled.

"Thank you, Zandar," Sofia smiled.

"Well, I just bought Prince Hugo's birthday present," Hildegard smiled haughtily. "Spoiler alert: it's a pair of big fancy riding boots."

"Very nice, Hildegard," Sofia declared. "Well, I'd better get the strings on before I forget."
