Two more months had come and gone. Hugo's birthday was now only one month away. The funny thing was that he barely remembered his birthday was near. He was too busy worrying about his family and Sofia because for the past four months, they seemed like workaholics. Hugo hoped that his family and best friend aren't working too hard.

The indoor ice rink was almost complete. Axel had already helped finish putting the star-stones and the rink was filled with water. The royal sorcerer waved his wand and froze the water solid.

"There we go," the royal sorcerer smiled. "The ice is frozen solid, so it's perfectly safe to skate on—and the ice is enchanted, so it cannot melt."

"Thank you," Garrick smiled.

"All the star-stones are put up," Axel sighed.

Axel and Garrick looked in the manual to check if they missed any steps. They read through the directions carefully, and it turned out that they'd done every single step correctly.

"We've finished the rink," Garrick smiled.

"It looks beautiful," Axel grinned.

Indeed, the rink was very beautiful, and the only thing left to do is wait until next month for Hugo's birthday.
