Just then, Pink Sofia and the young royals saw the adults with them. "What is going on here?" asked Sir Gilliam.

"They made me!" Pink Sofia pointed to Amber and James. Roland and Miranda frowned.

"Can somebody please tell us what's going on here?" asked Hugo's older brother, Axel. Amber and James felt very bad about what they did.

"Okay, we made a copy of Sofia," said Amber.

"Why would you do that?" asked Roland.

"Sofia was really tired today because she had a lot of work to do," said Amber. "We made a copy of her, so she could catch up on some rest while her copy teaches Prince Hugo the double swerve at flying derby practice."

"But the spell went wrong, and the copy turned out to be the complete opposite of the real Sofia," said James.

"You made an evil copy of your sister and left the copy with Prince Hugo?" asked Miranda.

"We were only trying to help Sofia," said James. "She was really tired, and we couldn't let her go to flying derby practice today."

"Well, we're very disappointed in you, Amber and James," said Flora. "What you did was very dangerous."

"We understand," said Amber. "So can you reverse the spell?"

"That we can," said Fauna.

"Well, it was fun while it lasted," declared Pink Sofia. "Good-bye!" Flora waved her wand and said the counter-spell, "Doppler Dominikin!"

Just like that, Pink Sofia melted and vanished in a puff of purple dust, laughing all the while.

"Well, at least we won't have to worry about her anymore," said Sofia. "And we'd better get rid of this cursed pin."

"I'll take that, dear," said Fauna said. Sofia handed Fauna the cursed pin.
