She waves back at the people seated in the stands when we are watching baseball. She tells me all the time that she had the various players at school when she was working. Usually it's some 20 year old. She says stuff like, "They always look for me, they're really very nice and I think they can come here any time."

She always thanks the people in restaurants (staff and other diners) for having us. We had a wonderful time. As we were leaving the optometrist's she thanked all the people in the waiting room for having us and how nice it was of them to do so.

Thanks to Nat everybody we meet on the street waiting for a light or in a store buying something or anywhere at all, all know my name. I get introduced regularly.

She has a stock question that everyone gets asked whether she knows them or not and that is "How are your kids?" Some of the expressions, depending on age, are a riot; they just don't know how to respond.

We came out of a restaurant one night and climbed into our car parked right in front. I did up her belt and she said, "Where are we going for dinner?"

Two minutes and the entire evening never happened!
