*We skip Old Bones due to the fact that Ashton beats Half sack to win and takes Half in the fight as Ashton sees Clay trying to flirt with Letty as Ashton fully knock out and almost killing the guy.*

We start with the club sitting at the table talking about the money they owe to the IRA.

Jax: So where are we at with McKeevy's cash?

Clay: Called in every marker we had. Picked up another 40 grand.

Ashton: Bobby got that gig in Laughlin. The owner fronted him the pay already. Here's five grand more for the pot.

Clay: We got 130.

Chibs: McKeevy heads back to Ireland tomorrow, and he's gonna need his whole 200 "K" by tonight.

We then cut to all the sons sitting in the main area talking about the trucker that Jax helped.

Ashton: Darby runs his meth lab out of a diesel yard in Pope. It's where all the mill drivers score their crank.

Juice: This is definitely Darby's shit. This rock's been stepped on so many times, it's barely a narcotic.

Tig: See, Darby's making his move into Charming dealing at that lumber mill. Clay, we gotta send this Nazi asshole a clear message now.

Jax: All right why don't we just go talk to the driver? Ask him where he bought the meth.

We then see Ashton, Opie, and Jax leave and start to enter the hospital as they see two Nords walk into elevator to leave the hospital.

Opie: Those are Darby's guys.

We then see Ashton, Jax, and Opie enter the truckers room as Ashton locks the door.

Ashton: Holy shit.

Jax: Andy.

Andy: [Groans]

Ashton: Who did this to you?

Andy: Nords.

Jax: Why?

Andy: I was in way deep with Darby on my crank debt. Like 2,700.

Opie: Where you buying?

Andy: Up in Pope.

Ashton: Not in Charming?

Andy: Can't score shit in this town.

Opie: Anybody you want us to call? Family or friends?

Andy: No.Oswald's gonna fire my ass when he finds that tanker empty, man.

Andy: Well, the Nords said that the diesel was payment for my crank debt, so they came here, they beat the shit out of me, and they took my keys.

Ashton: It was a full tanker? Yeah.

Andy: It's at the county impound off the 18.

As all three leave the room Ashton turns and look at Jax and hugs him.

Jax: What the hell are you doing?

Ashton: Go be here and wait for your son ok. I don't want you to miss it. Ok I'll take Opie and we'll get the tanker ok older brother.

Jax: Absolutely fucking not little bro.

Ashton: Opie wait outside please.

Opie leaves and goes outside to wait while Ashton and Jax talk.

Ashton: Jax listen to me I want you to understand my dad wasn't their for me when I needed him. You have a chance to prove to your kid that you will always be their for him. I want you to understand as your brother I personally want to be their but to me blood comes first. The club supports you but you need to be their for your kid because you can't get those moments back.

We then see Ashton and Jax walk out as Ashton gets on his bike and gets ready as Jax walks to Opie and hugs him.

Jax: Be safe my brothers.

We then see Ashton and Opie sitting out on the road as they see the tanker leave the yard where they held it.

Ashton: Well, there goes our 15 grand.

We then see Ashton on the driver side and Opie on the passenger side as the Nords start to swerve the tanker trying to hit Ashton or Opie as Ashton then shoots the mirror of the tanker. As Ashton then sees a truck heading his way as Ashton and the tanker hit their brakes as Ashton gets off his bike as a Nord get out of the tanker and starts to reach for his gun as a women gets out of her truck.

Women: What the hell, asshole!

Ashton: Easy, white boy.

Opie: Put it on the ground.

We then see Ashton leaning on his bike as he sees Unser in his police car pulling up on the dirt road.

Unser: What the hell am I doing meeting you out here in the middle of nowhere?

Ashton: Official police business. Darby is dealing meth at the diesel yard up in Pope.

Unser: And why would I give a shit what happens in Pope? I don't know.

Ashton: Just felt it was my civic duty to share information on a crime. You know? Set a good example and all.

Unser: Yeah. SAMCRO is a leader in perpetuating civic reform.

Unser looks a little passed Ashton and sees the tanker and starts to laugh as Ashton stands up and sits on his car.

Unser: Why am I looking at one of Oswald's tankers?

Ashton: Ah. Leads us to our next conversation my police brother and the owner of Unser Trucking.It's 8,500 gallons of diesel. It's yours for 20 "K."

Unser :Stolen diesel.

We then see all of the sons minus Jax in the garage surrounding a stolen ambulance as Ashton walks in through one of the large garage doors.

Ashton: What the hell is this?

Chibs: My prospect. Just, you know, thinking outside of the box.

Clay: You get a chance to talk to that tanker driver?

Ashton: Yeah. Nords aren't dealing at the mill. Driver bought the crank up in Pope. That's where he filled his tanker with diesel. That I just sold to Unser. We're flush for the Irish.

Tig: Nah. Nah. [Laughter]

We then see Ashton hand the money off to Tig as Tig and Clay pull off while Ashton and Chibs sit outside and talk about life.

Chibs: How are you and the girl my brother.

Ashton: I mean I'm 18 1/2 and I'm married to a badass biker chick who helps Gemma and can defend herself. I am not gonna lie but it's crazy you know I mean it was less then six months ago I was in prison and now Im married and am enjoying life.

Chibs: Ashton my brother I'm here for you no matter what my brother. You are like my blood while you and me both had spilt a lot.

Both of them start to laugh, drink and smoke for a few hours until Ashton hears his phone go off as he picks it up and hears Clay on the other end.

Ashton: Yeah what do you need brother

Clay: We need everyone here at the pub.

Ashton hangs up and grabs his cut and gun as Chibs sees the serious in Ashton's face and gets on his bike and follows him to the pub and enters with him.

Ashton: You okay?

Clay: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I can't track down Gemma or Jax though.

Both of them are at the hospital with the kid.

Clay: Okay. Good.

Chibs: Where's McKeevy?

Clay: He's dead. Port commissioner had him beat to death.

Chibs: Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.

Bartender: We'll get rid of the Mexicans.

Clay: All right. We'll take care of Cam.

Chibs: He's hurt real bad. We gotta get him back to the clubhouse somehow.

Half: Not a problem. Uncle Freddy's Infirmary at your service.

We then see Ashton follow the Ambulance back as Jax arrives to the pub. Ashton is seen looking at the bullet hole as Gemma and Letty show up as all of the sons are in the garage.

Chibs: The slug in his ass may have hit an artery.

Ashton: It's probably the only thing that's slowing down the blood loss.

Chibs: The only way we're gonna save this guy is we get some surgical tools.

Ashton: Like what?

Chibs; Scalpels, clamps, sutures, needles All that kind of shit.

Ashton sees Gemma and Letty as Ashton takes her out of the garage to outside and tells her that she needs to be safe and to call her brother.

Letty: Why what happened.

Ashton: Your brother who had his boys shoot at Clay this could blow back at both of us. You know the plan until me and you have power we make deals with all we can to stay above the others. Your brother could have had Clay killed and left the whole club in disarray.

Letty: I'll call him and make the meet with you and him ok.

Ashton and Letty kiss as she goes into the house to make a call to Alvarez for a meeting between Ashton and and him.

We then see the next day early in the morning Ashton is in the main room and is getting ready for the meeting as he throws on his cut as Clay walks out from the bedrooms as he looks at Ashton and starts to talk to him.

Clay: Where are you going Ashton.

Ashton: Personal matter I have to meet someone.

Clay: I'll go with you ok.

Ashton: I can go alone old man.

Clay: Funny but we are now at war nobody leaves without someone else. And since I'm the only one that is up I'll go with you ok brother.

Ashton: Alright.

When Clay gets out of sight to change Ashton pulls out his phone and walks outside towards his bike and calls Alvarez about the meeting.

Ashton: Hey brother we got a problem.

Alvarez: Why what is happening brother?

Ashton: Clay won't let me leave alone at all.

Alvarez: I'm ok with this I actually want to clear the air with Clay.

Ashton: Ok, the same plan but no mention of the real goal, ok Brother?

Alvarez: Fine with me brother.

Ashton sees Clay walk out as he looks around and sees nobody else is besides him. Both Clay and Ashton pull out and start to head toward the meeting zone. As Clay calls out to Ashton asking a quick question.

Clay: Who are we meeting and what for?

Ashton: Someone I know who can help end the Mayan beef with us.

Ashton and Clay pull up to the meet site and get off their bikes as they wait for a few minutes they then hear another bike and Clay looks pissed at who was approaching them. Ashton looks at Clay and tells him to remain cool.

Ashton: Alvarez long time my brother.

Alvarez: I see that you weren't bull shitting me brother.

Clay: I see we all have friends in different places.

Alvarez: Ashton tells me that their is a way for both of us to be able to live in piece.

Clay: Does he know?

Ashton: Simple the charters up north are having problems with the Mayans up north so here's how it will go Sons supply the Mayans with guns because all three of us know the toys you got now don't even scare store owners and don't say your fine. We keep selling to the niners and sell to the Mayans both of you can do operation Mary Jane due to the fact as along as it doesn't hit Charming sons don't go down into Oakland and cause a problem down their. Simple right?

Alvarez: I could do that.

Clay: I do want something else in this deal.

Ashton: Ok you two can talk I got to go and deal with Jax ok.

Clay: Alright.

We then see Ashton enter the clubhouse as he sees the Irishman on the table and Juice with three fingers in the guys ass.

Ashton: Juice you trying to get him ready to fuck him because it so use your dick not your finger.

As Juice was going to say something Ashton hears the buzzer ring as Clay walks in behind him.

Ashton: Let him in, and close that fucking door and keep him fucking quite please.

Clay: What could I do for you, Chief?

Unser: I need to bring you down to the station house, ask a few questions.

Ashton: Why? What happened?

Unser: Someone went after Darby last night. Killed one of his guys, two women. At his house, in Charming.

Ashton: You think it was us?

Unser: I also found two dead Mayans in a ditch off 18 half a mile outside of town. Last time I looked at the scoreboard, Nords and Mayans were the away team.

Clay: Glad you're rooting for the home team, Chief.

Unser: Five D.B.'s. Know what heat that brings?

We then see Ashton and Clay walk with Unser towards the table and opens the door to show the Irish with Juices three fingers still in his ass along with Chibs cleaning his hands.

Unser: Jesus Christ.

Ashton then shuts the Door Close

Unser: Who the hell is that?

Ashton: A Friend.

Clay: With two bullets in his ass that were meant for my head. The Mayans went after me too. Goddamn it! We didn't have nothing to do with Darby. And the dead Mexicans were the results of their own stupidity. But I made sure that didn't land in Charming.

Unser: Barely. My office still got the stink of A.T.F. This body count's gonna bring that haughty bitch circling back. I need you to come with me.

Clay: All right? Due process. I got nothing to hide.

Tig: Hey, you do not go alone.

Unser: Hey, I think I could keep him safe. I'll be all right.

As soon as Clay and Unser had walked out of the back door Ashton walks out the front door with Gemma trying to follow him. Yelling trying to get his attention.

Ashton: I can't stay here as Clay leaves Jax is out in the wind and I'm sitting here doing fucking nothing.

Ashton then starts his bike and pulls out of the clubhouse as he turns down Tara's old man's house as Ashton pulls into the driveway to see Jax come out and Ashton stands up.

Ashton: Tara home?

Jax: Why.

Ashton: The fucking Irish man needs a doctor not Chibs. Can she come?

Jax: Follow me we can go ask?

We then see Ashton and Jax walk into the hospital and see Tara as she hugs Ashton and Jax.

Tara: What are you two doing here?

Ashton: Well we need a doc at the club.

Jax: A friend is bleeding and about to die.

Tara: I'll grab a few things and go there as soon as I can ok.

Ashton hugs Tara and kisses her on the cheek as he leaves and he drives off and starts to head to the club as his pre-paid goes off as he stops on the side of the road and answers it and realizes it is Dom.

Ashton: What do you need brother?

Dom: In a few mouths time me and a few family members are coming to Charming and I was wondering if we could get prospect spots for us.

Ashton: I can vouch for you but you need to understand shit hits the fan at all you and your people need to be sure you can throw down at anytime ok.

Dom: Don't worry about my guys all are clean even got a ex-cop.

Ashton: Be careful brother and bring your sister and that cartel chick Letty told me about them.

Dom: Dick. Bye brother.

Ashton: See ya.

Ashton pulls up to the clubhouse and sees three charters are there as Ashton stops and enters the clubhouse. Clay walks up to Ashton and side hugs him.

Ashton and Clay walk into the Chapel and sit in their chairs.

Ashton: What do you need?

Clay: How long has Alvarez and you been in contact son?

Ashton: I have known Alvarez since I was 7. Most people don't know but Alvarez saved me twice and helped me and my sister in a dark time.

Clay: Why didn't you tell me sooner?

Ashton: I was going to but the time never felt right. As soon as you told me what happened I called Alvarez and cussed him out due to his actions. Clay this stays in this room Alvarez is someone we need as a ally and nothing will be harder then convincing the other charters to follow along.

We then cut to the Charters and SamCrow sitting at the table with Clay at the head.

Clay: Mayans went after me and Darby, all right? Different targets, same war.

Ashton: If we fire back, we can't stop the blowback from hitting home.

Clay: I sat down with Alvarez.

Piney: You're kidding me?

Jax: Whoa.

Tig: What, just the two of you?

Juice: Where?

Clay: Unser's cage. We, uh... We discussed our
outstanding issues and made a deal.

Ashton: What kind of deal?

Clay: We sell them guns. They settle all their beefs with all of us. Any territory hassles, any business disputes, it all lands in our favor.

Piney: You made that call without a vote?

Clay: I set it up. We vote on it now. If this thing passes, you all sit down with the Mayans in your own territories, you work stuff out. Take the win.

Jax: What about Laroy and the Niners?

Juice: We've had a deal with them for years, that we don't sell to the wetbacks.

Chibs: The peace we make with the Mayans could start something a lot worse with the Niners.

We then cut to SamCrow sitting at the picnic table all drinking or in Ashton's case smoking a cigarette.

Chibs: Cameron was supposed to kill that piece of shit Hefner before Monday. Hefner's squeezing the Irish for more payoff cash, so he's gonna intercept the cargo.

Tig: How is that our problem?

Chibs: It ain't a problem. It's a gift from the Irishman. Look. We take out the port commissioner, he's gonna give us back the 200K that we just forked over, plus a month of free guns.

Bobby: Our warehouse rebuild is crushing us.

We then cut to Ashton, Opie, Bobby, and Jax sitting in a car looking at a run down apartment complex as Bobby, and Opie are putting silencers on their guns.

Ashton: That is his gray Mercedes in the garage.

Opie: Which apartment?

Jax: Unit nine. It's the top floor, third from the right. Cameras cover the garage.

Ashton: Should do this on the upper level.

Bobby: If this guy's got half a brain, he's gonna be cautious and armed.

Jax: Anyone walks into this, has an eye line, we abort. No risks.

Bobby: Ope, you take the front steps. I'll take the back.

Ashton: Jax you watch the front in case this fat bastard tries to run.

Bobby: I'm gonna take the front. It's the way Clay wanted it. It's about Ope jumping back in.

Jax: Yeah, I know.

Ashton: All right. Watch him.

Jax: All right, I got your back in case he gets by you.

We then cut to the next day where we see Letty sleeping onto of Ashton naked but he slightly moves her so he can get up. She stands up and goes to take a shower as Ashton throws on his pants and a tank top before throwing his cut on.

We then see Ashton walking out to the main room as he over hears Tig talking about Opie being a rat as most of his debt was paid off.

We then see everyone of the sons drinking in the and hanging out as the A.T.F. walk into the clubhouse as they start yelling and pointing guns at everyone and walk towards Bobby and put him in cuffs and say he is under arrest for a murder.

We then see everyone at the table waiting on Opie to show up as Ashton is telling Clay that Opie is not the traitor. Ashton then leaves along with Piney and Jax as all three wait for Opie to show up. Ashton then leaves and is waiting at Opie's house waiting for him.

We then cut to the next day as Opie shows up but Ashton sees that Tig is not in the meeting room so he leaves to got to the bathroom and sees Tig in Opie's car and then dunk his phone in a pint of beer. Ashton then goes back into the meeting room and was hiding his thoughts and reaction.

As everyone starts to leave Ashton hears Tig and Clay talk about taking out Opie. Ashton has nothing so he has to roll until he has enough people behind him. Ashton then leaves as he watches after Opie from a distance. Ashton has start to see a scary thing with Clay and Tig making plans for the kill. Ashton sees that at the home coming party for Able to come home is going on so he talks with Donna and her kids as he sees Donna as a sister as she always was nice to him with everything that had happened. As Donna was going to take the kids home so they could sleep. Ashton walks Opie out and sees him get into his truck so he gets on his bike a few minutes after Ashton sees Tig leave but he doesn't see Donna and Opie trade cars. Ashton is following Tig in a Range Rover slowly and a distance away. Ashton sees and hears the gunfire and pulls up next to the truck and sees Donna. He calls Opie right away and tells him where it happened. Ashton hangs up the phone and opens the door and grabs Donna and sets her on the ground as he is looking for anything that leads to Clay but finds nothing. When the cops come they try to arrest Ashton but a witness says he is innocent. Ashton sees Opie and Jax show up and he runs up to Opie and hugs him.

Ashton: I'm sorry brother by the time I got here she was gone.

Opie didn't say anything but hugged Ashton and cried into his shoulder while Jax saw this and also cried.

We cut to the next day with Ashton walking into Opie's house as he sees Opie's mother in the kitchen as he walks in.

Ashton: Hey Mary, where is he?

Mary: Out back with the kids.

We then see Ashton walk out back and Opie sees him and stands up and hugs Ashton tight and cries into his shoulder saying it should have been him.

Ashton: Don't say anything fucking stupid shit like that brother. Donna would've kick your ass for saying that and then kick my ass for letting you say that.

We then see Ashton and Opie sit in two kid plastic chairs as Kenny runs up to him and hugs him as Ashton walks up to Ellie and kneels in front of her and sticks his arms out and she slowly cries into his embrace.

We then see the club sitting at the table quiet as of the death. Ashton being the most quiet due to him knowing the truth.

Clay: How is he?

Ashton: How the hell do you think he is.

Jax: Funeral's tomorrow.

Clay: Well, let's get people down for this. I want a good show of support.

Juice: Happy's already in town. I'll start making some calls.

Clay: I gotta take responsibility for this. I was the one that pushed for that deal with the Mayans. I knew there was gonna be some kind of... Niner blowback, but... I never thought it would
reach this far, go this way.

Chibs: We all voted yes on that Mayan deal.

Jax: Nobody seen this comin'. That's right.

Piney: Yeah, but it happened. So how do we handle it?

Clay: The Niners are gonna be dealt with. But right now, let's just walk through this, be there for Ope.

I'm the one with a level head right now so don't fucking do anything fucking stupid please Opie already lost one person and I don't want him to lose another.

Before Piney says another word Ashton hops on his bike and tells Piney to lead. We then cut to Ashton and Piney entering a niner bar as Ashton walks into the bar first and tells the girl to call Leroy. The bartender calls Leroy as Ashton looks over and tells Piney to not kill anyone. Leroy then walks into the bar as he sees Ashton sitting in a booth with Piney and one of his guys.

Leroy: Noise we made at the Mayan gun sale is about how pissed off we are. But if we wanted your cracker asses dead...

Piney: Someone last night in a gangster S.U.V. gunned down my daughter. Now, that smells just
like nigger revenge to me.

Laroy: Nigger, nigger, nigger, nigger, nigger. Old fat bastard here says nigger one more time, and that "walking out alive" deal we talked about... Off the goddamn table.

Ashton: Someone went after one of my guys. Killed his wife by mistake.

Laroy: Wasn't us.

Piney: So this old fat bastard... is supposed to take your word for it... because you're an honorable and a black man?

We then see Ashton open the door to the office of the shop with a angry Ashton as his suspension was confirmed only to find Gemma in the office.

Ashton: Where is Clay?

Gemma: He's not back yet why?

Ashton: Tell him I'm in the chapel.

We see Ashton smoking a cigarette waiting for Clay as soon as he walks into the chapel Ashton takes out his cigarette.

Clay: You lookin' for me?

Ashton: Two days ago, you sat there. You made me a promise. Told me Opie and his family was safe. Now, I'm askin' you, brother to brother, father to son, just tell me the truth, and I'll accept it, whatever it is. Just be honest with me. Did you try to kill Opie? Kill Donna by mistake?

Clay: I don't know who's been fillin' your head with this shit, son. I'm gonna tell you again. I love Opie, loved Donna. I'd never do nothin' to hurt 'em. This is a rough time for Sam Crow. But we'd better put this shit behind us. Suspicion, resentment. That kind of shit eats up morale, fractures a charter.

Ashton: Yeah.

We then see Ashton leave the chapel and walk towards the bar where he sees juice sitting at the bar looking at his computer sad.

Ashton: Hey what happened and where's Tig?

Juice: They just released the witness. Ashton she's a 17 year old girl.

Ashton: Where's the address?

Juice hands Ashton a piece of paper as Ashton takes off his cut sets it next to juice and grabs his revolver and sticks it behind his back as he leaves the club house Clay is yelling his name the whole time until he is out of sight. We then cut to Ashton entering the safe house to see Tig, Chibs, and Happy all around a covered individual. Tig has his gun pointed to the witnesses head.

Tig: Christ man you scared me.

Ashton: Put the gun down.

Tig: What?

Ashton then pulls his revolver.

Ashton: Put the gun down we don't kill women or I'll pull my trigger,

Tig: You don't have the balls.

Ashton then cocks his gun aiming for his head.

Happy: This isn't part of the plan.

Tig puts down his gun as Ashton tells happy and Chibs to go. Tig starts laughing as Ashton cuts the witness free and tells her to get the hell out of California or Tig will kill her. Once the girl leaves Ashton sets down his gun and punches Tig in the face and tackles him into the living room and they trade blows a few times and then when they are around the dining room table Tig starts running at Ashton who pick him up and hits him with a spine buster through the table.

We then cut to Ashton at a cemetery on a tomb smoking as the night comes to a end. The next day Ashton is sleeping on the tomb as he stands up and pukes before grabbing the blanket he was given by the homeless lady and gave it back to her. Ashton then walks to a faucet and washes him face off as he walks towards the funeral. Letty sees him walking up and she grabs his cut and walks towards him kissing him and then handing him his new cut she had found in a storage locker belonging to his sister. The cut also has a hoodie attached to it.

We then see Ashton walk up to the casket and grab a blue rose. Before he places it down he kisses it and sets it down before walking away from the funeral as he stands in front of his sisters grave as he takes off his necklace that belonged to her before she died and sets it on the tombstone as Larry walks up next to him.

Ashton then looks up to see Piney next to him holding a package.

Piney: I believe it's time for a change here.

Piney hands Ashton the package before he walks away Ashton opens it and it is pages of ideas, thoughts, and goals by his sister as Ashton puts it back in the package and stands in front of his sisters grave.
