(Kairi is seen doing his duty patrol in the morning, and then he goes to a restaurant by himself as he sits in there chilling.)

(He then starts reading his book while drinking a cofee. He keeps chilling until he hears bangs coming from the two of dirtbags who were there that they are corrupt guards and they both were sat there and asking the lady for a paying check.)

Guard 1: Ma'am! Where's the pay right now?

(The lady gets scared of the two corrupted guards as Kairi wants to kill them. He then pulls out a camera and makes it record everything before he prepares to transform.)

Guard 2: Thank you, ma'am... we appreciate it!

(They then leave as Kairi secretly follows them and prepares to transform.)

Kairi: Henshin!

(Kairi becomes Kamen Rider Ryuga and prepares to fight the two corrupt guards as he breaks their bones.)

(The guard coughs while the other is seen knocked unconscious.)

STRIKE VENT!

(Ryuga summons his Dragclaw and burns them alive before secretly giving the lady her money back himself. He was about to revert back to normal, but three girls are seen behind him as they are talking to each other.)

Talim: Is that really Ryuga?

Ivy: (chuckles) He looks interesting. I can't wait to make him submit!

Cassandra: Don't get so cocky, Ivy. He is totally brutal during a fight, and besides I'll make my move on him first.

(Suddenly five thugs approach them, only for Ryuga to burn them all alive with his Dragclaw as they scream in agony before he beats them so badly as he breaks their bones.)

Ryuga: You shouldn't walk around by yourselves. There are thugs and corrupt guards roaming around.

Talim: That's okay, we can handle oursevles.

Ryuga: Right.

(He then undoes his transformation as the girls blush by seeing his appearance.)

Kairi: My name is Kairi, and you are?
