Chapter 141:

A hospital had shown where Khanna family and Mehta family was standing. Neil was very tensed. A doctor comes there.

Doctor: did you complete the formalities?

Neil nods.

The nurse comes there.

Nurse: sign these papers.

Neil: I complete all formalities.

Nurse: This is NOC you will agree that if something happens to the patient then the hospital will not be responsible for that.

Neil shocked. He understands it is a part of the procedure but his heart breaks to hear that. Neil takes the papers and his hands were shaking.

Doctor: relax, everything will be fine.

Neil nods and signs the papers. The nurse goes after taking the papers.

Neil nods.

Neil: please save them.

Doctor: I will try.

She goes and Neil prays.

Neil waits for the good news and was tensed he was standing against the wall by closing his eyes he hears the sound of opening the door he looks there and stands straight. He saw the nurse.

Nurse: The doctor is calling you inside please come fast.

Neil looks at his family and Prakash keeps the hand on his shoulder. He instantly goes and saw the curtain. The doctor comes there.

Doctor: Mr Khanna, Avni's blood pressure had dropped down and the baby is also in danger.

She told him the issue.

Neil shocked.

Doctor: We can save only one of them. If we save Avni then she will not be able to conceive again.

Neil felt like the earth is shaking under his feet.

Doctor: You have to make the decision fast we don't have much time. Please take the decision fast.

Neil was in a dilemma his eyes were teary.

Later, Neil was standing against the wall and his eyes were closed. His face was pale it is like someone had sucked all his blood, his all energy.

Neil breathes heavily and Neela man's condition was also not good. Everyone was in dilemma what they do they got the good news but what about Avni.

The doctor comes there.

Neil: doc, doctor Avni.

Doctor: relax, Mr Khanna, Avni is fine. It's a miracle we lost hope but there is one who can do anything, who saved them. Congratulations it's a boy. Avni and the child both are safe.

Neil's gets relief.

Doctor: thank God he saved them.

Neil looks at the doctor.

Neil: when I can meet Avni and baby.

Doctor: nurse will get the baby anytime and once Avni will be shifted to the room then you can meet him.

Neil nods.

Doctor: take care.

Doctor goes. Prakash keeps the hand on Neil's shoulder. Neil hugs him.

Neil: thank you and congratulations, you also got the promotion you became a grandfather.

All smiles and hugs Neil and congratulates him.

Soon, Nurse comes with a child and gives the baby boy to Neil whose eyes filled with teary he kissed his son's forehead.

Neil: my boy, my tiger.

Shweta: aww, he is cute he is just like you.

Neil: he is my son so he must be like me.

All smiles.

Happiness is something that can make us forget all our sorrows.

Neil looks at him and kisses his cheek and baby pouts. Neil smiles to see him. Neil looks at his family and again looks at his son.

A room had shown where Avni was laying on the bed unconscious she opens her eyes slightly and looks around she looks at herself and touched her belly. She feels pain and winces.

Avni: aah.

Avni looks at her belly.

Avni: my baby?

Avni was panting. The door opens Avni saw there and Neil entered there.

Avni: Neil.

Neil saw her.

Avni: Neil, our baby?

Neil comes to her fastly he caresses her hair and kisses her forehead.

Avni: where is he? Is he alright?

Before he goes they hear the sound of a baby crying.

Neil smiles. Shweta and Neela maa comes there and Shweta was carrying the baby.

Neela maa comes to Avni she caresses her hair and Congratulates her.

Avni looks at him astonishingly. Neil looks at her and kisses her cheek.

Neil: I love you.

Avni smiles.

Avni: I love my baby.

Neil looks at her. Avni turns to him and smiles she kisses his cheek.

Avni: I love you both.

Neil smiled and side hugged her. Avni keeps the head on Neil's shoulder and he keeps his hand on Avni's hands which were carrying the baby. A cute little perfect family.
